I suggest to make a special section with scam bookmakers. Rating D does not say anything for neutral users. It could also be a new bookmakers.
1xbit is a big scamsite, they should not be D, but they should be on a scam rating list.

Here's a list of books rated "F". Some are out of business. You have a good idea and I'll soon separate in business and out of business.

Why does betja have an F rating? Simply because it is a new book?

I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

Why does betja have an F rating? Simply because it is a new book?

I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

There was a report in this thread that Betja blocked an account and disabled all communication. This coupled with being new created the "F" grade. One report isn't going to be a sole reason for a rating and I realize that this may be unfair to Betja but with their newness, better safe than sorry at this time. This grade can drastically change and reviews such as yours are helpful.

I'm contacting Betja today to find out about the blocked account as well as other questions. As I've previously said, I don't want to be unfair to Betja.

While checking the list of exchanges in the OP I noticed there's a typo for true.bet at first I thought this was the actual name of the site and was about to suggest it to get removed from the list. But after a quick search I found out that it was Tru.bet based on their ann thread. Also thunderpick would be a nice addition under mutual betting, they mainly focus on esports but they still have a decent range of markets on the other sports.

Criteria used to rate a book.

1. Security - getting paid is by far most important.

2. Working with the forum. This is a player's thread and books are held responsible for their actions. Questions are asked of books concerning number of employees, time in business, experience, poster problems, etc. If a book is going to ignore a player's thread, they will be severely downgraded. Most books are very easy to work with.

The following cannot be quantified as to importance since being highly detrimental in one category may supersede other criteria used.

3. Poster review - poster review is much more important at bitcointalk than other forums, but other forums are also read. A high review from a new book will weigh less than the review of a book that's been in existence 2+ years.

4. Anonymous - one of the reasons that bitcoin books are used is to stay anonymous. There may be times where it is necessary to question players but it should be a minimum.

5. Margins - If players are going to have a chance to beat a book the margins have to be tight enough to give us that chance. If the margins are larger than -110 (1.91) that's a big blow to a book's rating.

6. Payout speed - If the average is longer than one hour, a book will be downgraded. One hour is sufficient due to possible grading errors. A large book is dealing with a significant amount of money along with a huge player base.

7. Markets - The more betting options, the better.

8. Traffic  - time in business along with amount of players that a book has gives us a large sample size.

9. Currencies used - It's easier on the player if we are allowed to deposit and withdraw from alts.

Miscellaneous - Books accepting fiat currencies are omitted from the guide. Other forums are read to make sure the ratings here aren't significantly out of line with the average of other books.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There was an exception made for Sportsbet. Because of multiple poster requests and the fact that Sportsbet can keep balances in BTC, a rating was put up.

I think you should definitely post the criteria on main page because without digging this thread to find this post, it will be hard for other members to understand the criterias. I was at first amazed when I saw sportsbook in C class because it's one of the most trusted sportsbook right now.
I still think that it doesn't have a place where there are stake, bitsler, fj and similar casinos because sportsbet is on another level compared to them in sportsbook business.
Also, FortuneJack asks you to at least 2x wager your money in order to withdraw, so, idk why it isn't below C (but it's not high risk casino at the same time). I think this list and criterias need some modification and I'll may take my part in it if you don't mind.

What, that can’t be right, surely?
I’ve never seen this stated before, if that’s true then it’s borderline criminal.

One bad thing I’ve heard about FJ is that they ask for your KYC right off the bat which is really uncommon, in my experience.

+1
Exactly I was wondering the same thing just when I read the ranking, thanks for quoting it.

The criteria and classifications are tedious and no matter how many criteria you have, they are always subjective, but it is good to try to organize and promote this type of analysis, which is indicative and not definitive.

In particular, I do not know any of the D casinos in login mode but if there are several there that always get negative ratings, the others casino I use the most are in class C according to the criteria, but in my criteria they are class: "#·$5," "Ok" or Very good.

Yeah, it is. This is the quote from their FAQs
Quote
What is a 2x turnover amount?
In order to withdraw amount from your account, you have to turn over your deposit amount two times. Basically, bet twice the amount of your first deposit.
They explain this with the argument that it's done in order to prevent money laundering from those users who were just depositing and withdrawing their money. They said that true gambler would wager at least 2x times.
They ask for KYC documents very frequently lately and that's maybe because of the current regulations from the government. They operate from Tbilisi, Georgia and lately you need KYC verification to do any kind of transaction, including filling your bank account, sending money to someone, depositing money on casino, exchanging currency, etc.

Wow, I didn't realize that there was a 2x wager requirement at FJ. It'll be taken into account, let me look into it a little more. The criteria has been added to the first page. Thank you for the input.

I guess it's safe to remove dbet.io from the list as i've been checking their site from time to time and it seems like they're down for good since their accounts have been inactive for at least a year now.

The same goes for coinbet24, afaik they removed their sportsbook and now they're focusing on their casino games.

dbet.io has been removed.
coinbet24 has been removed. As Ralle pointed out, they have discontinued their sportsbook.

Ralle - thanks for keeping this thread and the community looking at this thread informed and up to date.

Can anybody still access wink.org? I cannot. Are they gone?

And btw Nitrobetting.eu is the same company as Nitrogensports, so it makes no sense to have one listed higher than the other. Both are pretty decent.
