Excuse me, but which steps do i need to take to move forward here? I've fully completed KYC already. All you have to do is do the payment. What do you mean exactly by "next steps needed"? https://gyazo.com/1194dc26028c43eb64d57843a6819b07If i am fully verified, what other steps could you possibly require to "move forward"?

As per the update, you need to check your PM to know what exactly are the next steps that they are asking from you ? We’ve already reached out to the user in PM with an update and the next steps needed to move the situation forward.
By the way, I thought if it wasn't anything confidential, they could have told in public what further requirements they need when the KYC is already completed by the user.

I checked my PM, he said to check my email, that they had sent an email to "take next steps needed". However i didn't receive any email. And i checked both promotional and spam folders. There's no email. EDIT: After speaking with live chat support about this, he said this: https://gyazo.com/012b3c80356daccc605b3cad8b1d88e3Now let's see what happens, whatever this means. Hopefully i receive the funds by today.

Day 4 of pending withdrawal at Weiss. Congratulations @Weiss.bet, this is my personal record of the longest pending withdrawal i've ever had. In 5 years of gambling. And still counting. Edit: 103 hours in since my withdrawal request, i went to speak to live support once again: https://gyazo.com/91d5a1bdd1a7c5031385e8e9c4b0ff7bLet's see what happens.

Hey, Your withdrawal was processed in BTC, as requested. Please note that Bitcoin is a volatile asset, and its price can change noticeably even within a short period of time. For example, yesterday BTC was trading around 71,000 USD, while today it is closer to 69,000 USD. A movement of around 2,000 USD per coin can naturally affect the final converted amount when it is displayed in EUR or converted to USDT by the receiving wallet. From our side, the exact BTC amount was sent correctly. Any difference you see is due to market price fluctuations between the moment of your withdrawal request and the actual conversion, as well as the exchange rate and possible conversion spread applied by the receiving platform when converting BTC into USDT Just to clarify, there were no additional deductions or unexpected adjustments on our side. Everything has been processed exactly as outlined. Although, given how dynamically Bitcoin can move, it certainly keeps all of us on our toes sometimes Best Regards, WEISS Representative

First of all congratulations for T1HGO for receiving his money and appreciation to WEISS.bet and it team. But your explanation on the €50 is not clear for me. If T1HGO was doing the withdrawal from € why did you send it through BTC? Or was it in BTC T1HGO requested the withdrawal? Even the movement of BTC from $71,000 to $69,000 would not remove €50. Is it an accumulated deduction? From BTC to € and plus your casino charge? €50 is big for charging.

I’m not a big fan of counting someone else’s money publicly and I respect user privacy, so I don`t wanna go into details publicly. However, I can provide a general explanation how this type of transaction typically works. Cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate quickly.BTC moved from around 71,000 USD to roughly 69,000 USD - that’s about a 2.8–3% drop. If you apply a ~3% movement to the withdrawal amount that was processed in BTC, the difference comes out very close to the €50 being discussed. So the change aligns with market movement rather than any accumulated deduction or casino fee. There was no additional charge applied from our side. Crypto can move fast. Sometimes faster than any of us would like Hope this clarifies things.

Congratulations on managing to withdraw the funds from weiss.bet casino. As someone who had previous negative experience with that particular casino I wonder if anything would be resolved if you didn't raise the issue on the forum and asked them publicly.

After i've been using the following casinos for at least 6 months, and having multiple withdrawals, exceeding €1k, i will rate the following casinos:
Duel : A-tier Thrill : A-tier Whale.io : A-tier 2UP.io : A-tier
Reasoning: i am rating them all A-tier, because having had multiple cashouts over the period of over 6 months, i was not asked KYC in any of them, and in all of them the withdrawals are super fast. We are talking between 1 to 10 minutes in all of them. Great stuff. Definitely recommend taking a look.

I can see that they have not one but TWO (potentially even three) account verifications which are triggered by the deposit and withdrawal amounts the user makes.

I never used Duel and Thrill so cannot judge on them. But for Whale my rating would be B (good trustable site but they do require quite an extensive KYC) And for 2UP a definite A rating. No KYC needed even if I won quite a lot. Excellent service in Telegram too.

As far as i know, no. From those 4 the only one advertising to be no KYC is 2UP. Since you are curious about whale specifically i will be more detailed of my experience. I have played at whale since may of 2025. And have made 3 withdrawals total. During these 11 months, i was never asked to do KYC. Of course it can happend that you get asked to do it at your first cashout. Experiences may vary. But in my experience, they were pretty chill with KYC.

Yeah as i said above i was not asked to do it. But could you share, what KYC looks like at whale? Even if i wasn't asked to do it, it would be nice not only for me but for overseers to have an idea of what to expect when doing KYC at whale. Thanks T1HGO, you've become a valuable source. Thank you, i really appreciate the compliment. But i must say, i won't be doing any casino ratings or reviews(if even we can call it that) any time soon. I won't be playing at any casino in a near future because i've discovered something that puts any casino/sportsbook available in the market, into complete and total obsoletion. I am talking about Polymarket. And i am not exagerating when i say this. I mean it. I am just talking about sports and e-sports betting here. Not the weather or election preditions side. Saying Polymarket and any available sportsbook aren't on the same level would not do it justice. They are not even in the same building. That's how far ahead it is. I am happy to go deeper into why, if anyone is interested, right now i don't have much time, and maybe no one is interested, and the post gets too long... If there's interest, better to make a dedicated post to it. Cheers.

^ as for now, Poly seems clanky for me at best. Site may be laggy to push the predicts properly, comments don't work too (even though it's not the main thing going on), and, as far as I know - sometimes predicts are decided based on what the majority got going for by voting it out
