I haven't been paid out by the pool for several days now, I sent a PM to s0ber last night to have a look at my account to see what's happening so far I have no reply from s0ber nor I have received any payments from the pool since 6th of AUG. Hey S0ber is the pool hacked?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Yeah thanks captain obvious, but ops rules still say 250 minimum, so if he's lowered it than maybe it should be announced to advertise to the miners with single s1's

I have been away since I made the post, and now I have received the payouts in my wallet  Smiley thanks Sober !

in the future if you know there is bug in the system and you are working on it, it would be much better to make a post  and let the pool users know about it. It will avoid any miscommunication or concerns  Wink

I can't afford that kind of loss.

Good luck to all.

This post is a tarp but I'm going to knowingly swallow the hook here...
1) If you are throwing 4Ths you should already know that it takes way more than 40 minutes to stabilize to a new pool.
2) The pool has a bunch of servers.  Depending on your location and Internet connection one may work better than the others for you.
3) Since the difference between 3.6 & 4.1 is about %12 and s0br is overpaying miners %12.5 right now it's a wash!
4) You have a chance every day to win an antminer S3 (retail value $385).

But since you would represent one LESS chance for ME to win I will just wish you good luck  Smiley

Hi!
Good day to everyone.
My connection went down for a few hours overnight, now I'm renting some hashpower to regain average.
My question: I've rented a rig in New Zealand, is Tokyo server the best choice in this case –as I guess it is? Appreciated.

Btw: Yesterday I've withdrawn manually some small amount ~0.009 btc –which I probably shouldn't– and it got stuck as per blockchain.info with 0% propagation as it seems manual payouts don't include the network fee. The transaction at blockchain says the fee was just 1 satoshi, instead of the recommended minimum.
It's still there at the no-place, haha.
Of course I have no problem at all with that amount, but wanted to let you know s0ber lest another withdrawals get slowed down.

The auto-payments work a charm, no issues.

Thank you once again!

I would imagine so... I'll look into setting up in that area as well...

Thanks fire000 I'll keep pointing that rig to Tokyo then. It's working great so far.
Regarding the downtime, it was on my side –ISP thing as I was sleeping. I do have backup servers of course, thanks for pointing that out though.
Never had connection problems with this pool.
Cheers.

You might want to give this one a shot too... At the very least... it's less busy than Tokyo. Smiley
