Sorry to hear that.  Have you verified that you don't have a trojan keylogger on your pc?  I would guess that is how they would be able to get all your wallets and your passwords.  Do you have teamviewer on your machine?  If so that is also suspect.  Run a malwarebytes scan.

looks like there did was a keylogger someone penetraded.

I won't be doing any more coins for now, wallets must be more secure then that.

Think about adding Authy or Authenticator, or verify with a code SMS phone.

This is just to easy for people who want to mess thing up.

How difficult can it be to implement those things.

If all was better secured, more people would join the world of crypto...

It's a sad sad day for me, and nothing can be done about it, it's simply gone ....

virtual keyboard should be implemented in qt wallets

Great idea!  Lets get Netcoin to be the first with a virtual keyboard and a 2fa wallet.  With that type of security everyone will want some NETs.  The regular crypto users are all aware and worried about theft and if we are going to be our own banks on a large scale, then we need better default protections from thieves, especially for the mass adopters in the future.

To many risks involved, and to much money down the drain... Sad

Very sorry to hear this. In fact I too was hacked back 2 New Years ago, 240k NET and all my other coins I had saved GONE. I was feeling the same way about leaving crypto.. Super glad I didn't. It was an expensive lesson but I sure am glad I pulled back and am here today.

Few things learned,
ALWAYS have your wallets encrypted with a very strong password.
Don't click links you don't know.
Check all web links and files downloaded with https://www.virustotal.com/

It sucks people are out there like this stealing peoples coins.

I feel your pain.

I too was hacked August 2nd 2014 for 7700 Bitcoin Dark Sad THOUSANDS of dollars. I stayed and bought an antikeylogger, and have not had one problem since. I am not affiliated with this company, but their anti-keylogger is SPECIFICALLY for cryptowallets https://www.qfxsoftware.com/ . I soooo understand and feel your pain. Also NEVER use "walletpassphrase", as most of these viruses take screen shots as well as capture keystrokes. Also NEVER download a wallet that is NOT on the OP, and be cautious about downloading wallets for "new coins", let others be first. You CAN stay in crypto, you just need to rethink how you do things and follow the advise exactly as I said and GET THAT SOFTWARE! Its like $40 and worth every penny!! Also DO NOT make all of your passwords the same on your coins, that was ANOTHER mistake I made. Hope this helps.

Vegas

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

Does the Netcoin Casino have any type of referral bonus or affiliate program?

No one hears about it. I never see it advertised anywhere except a few posts back. I took a look at it, and it looks great!

We don't want it just advertised in here. We want it advertised everywhere so people want to buy Netcoins!

E-Casino International (www.ecasino.io)

MORE INFORTION
Q: How is E-Casino.io Provably fair

Our software is "provably fair" meaning that the gameplay data of each hand played can be tested if it was randomly shuffled and if it was used without being manipulated.

This can be verified by checking the "Gameplay history" page.
You must follow the next steps to experience a "provably fair" gameplay.
1.Request the shuffled deck (server_seed) from the server.
2.Add your influence to the shuffled deck by setting the client seed.
3.Play your game .

To verify the data, play your gameplay and finish it and then go to LOBBY -> GAMEPLAY HISTORY and click on the VERIFY button. This will reveal the initial deck, the salt, the hash string and you can verify everything to see if the final outcome matched our pretended outcome.

Q: What is this shuffled string and how it is generated?
For the card games, we will shuffle the deck, hash it and send it to you. This will represent the server seed. To make sure we did not manipulate the gameplay outcome, we will allow you to add your influence to the game(we will allow you to set a client seed) to cut the deck, after the hashed deck was sent to you. This way we cannot manipulate anything from the deck since you will influence how the deck will finally look like.

For the keno games, we will shuffle the deck of 80 numbers, hash it and send it to you. This will represent the server seed. To make sure we did not manipulate the gameplay outcome, we will allow you to add your influence to the game(we will allow you to set a client seed) to cut the deck. This way we cannot manipulate anything from the deck since you will choose how the deck will finally look like.

For the roulette games, we will randomly select a position for the ball to stop on the wheel, then we will hash it and send it to you. This will represent the server seed and it will contain the wheel stop position. You will then be able to set a client seed, to influence the stop position, so that we can prove to you that we do not influence anything in any way.

For the slot games, we will retrieve 3 to 9 numbers (depending on how many reels the game has) and we will hash them and send them to you. This will represent the server seed and it will contain the symbols from the stop positions of each reel. You will then be able to set a client seed, to influence the stop position on each reel even further, so that we can prove to you that we do not influence anything in any way.

For the dice games, we will roll 3 dices, we will hash them and send them to you. This will represent the server seed. You will then be able to set a client seed, to influence the landing face of each dice, so that we can prove to you that we do not influence anything in any way.

Q: How to verify all this?
Once a gameplay is completed, you will be able to access the tool from the LOBBY -> GAMEPLAYS HISTORY -> VERIFY, and the game will return the original server string (containing the deck or slot positions) and the salt used for hashing.
You can then verify this on a 3rd party website to see that the hash(original string+salt) resulted in the hashed string that we sent to you as the server shuffled string.
Then based on the original server string and based on the client seed, our tool will recalculate the game output that you saw when playing, based on various mathematical calculations that we made.
For security reasons, we cannot make public our formulas. Our formulas will change every 24 hours, for security reasons.

Q: What CryptoCoins can I deposit?
E-Casino currently accepts a variety of cryptocoins.  For a full list, please visit the website.  Don't see your coin listed?  Contact support@ecasino.io to discuss getting your cryptocoin of choice listed.

Q: What is the value of a credit on E-Casino?
E-Casino has set the value of a credit to equal 1 Netcoin.  So 1 credit = 1 Netcoin.

Q: How are payouts processed?
All payments (in/out) are processed through CoinPayments.  To read more about CoinPayments, please visit [a href="https://www.coinpayments.net/"]here[/a]: E-Casino currently pays out winnings in Netcoin.

I was just reading about netcoin and saw the "PIR" feature, where your staking reward percentage increases the more of the coin you're staking.

Doesn't that encourage massive centralisation of the staking? Any two users A and B will do better pooling their coins into a single wallet than by staking separately. This seems like exactly the wrong incentive unless you're looking for a totally decentralised coin.

Hey Dooglus,

Not necessarily.  Certainly, individuals can pool coins into a single address to try and maximize their PIR.  That said, the reward threshold Caps at 10million coins (meaning, you can have 10 million or 30 million in that address...it won't matter, you'll still only earn the max % which is currently 100% APR).

In august though, the % return per "level" of coins staking drops across the board.

And, I guess it also depends on what you mean by decentralized....Individuals are still free to use/stake/share their coins as they want.  Many NET holders don't trust their coins with others, so they stake on their own (and the rewards are still very good).  Some put their coins (and others) into places that do pool staking coins.

So, while it might (to some) lend towards pooling coins to earn the max return, again, there is a limit to where that even makes sense to do so.

Are you currently staking any NET btw?
