Let's get some raspberry pi POS lovemaking going eh? Stonehedge just said he would donate 1k sdc. I am willing to donate 100sdc. Anyone else want to pledge some moneys to this effort? I mean it is going to happen anyways but you might as well be nice about it join the bounty with us. You can even be cheap like me!
I must have missed that discussion. How is it going to work, like a Peerbox does for PPC? Wouldn't the Linux wallet run on an r-Pi with a hard drive right now? Yes please explain for me as well in layman's terms please.

I would be happy to throw 100sdc at it.

The argument about dev privacy has made me realize something. It is one thing to know who your dev is and that they are a verified person and whatnots. IT IS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THING TO BE ABLE TO CRAWL THE SOURCE. Who needs to know who the dev is when the shit is open source? Kinda doesn't matter when you can review the code on git. You can't say that for many others... I remember similar things being said about Cloak, CINNI, Stealth, Crypt and the dev left those projects. I hope Shadowcoin will be different.

Usually all comes down to funding (alongside dev talent). I don't think SDC is missing those two vital elements.

Big DIfference.....Those were all closed source... Shadow is all on github Have a look at the code for yourself

I just get the $35 servers and run nodes on them http://www.cloudatcost.com/Amazon servers can run nodes too with each amazon account you have a free 1 core server. Shadow can really use more nodes thats for sure. We have a dns seeder now so all we need is more nodes running 24/7 and we can get this chain download to 45 minutes!

try going to the debug console and typing wait for a time untill it outputs some information then restart the client. That might help. Furthermore, if you type "help" in that debug console it will give you a list of commands you might like to use one day in this very kind of situation.

If not then please run these commands. They will clear all your transactions from the wallet.dat then scan the blockchain and add them all back so you can see them in your wallet.dat. Firstly, remove all the transactions from your wallet.dat (don't fret its only from your wallet.dat and not the chain that your wallet.dat holds the keys to) Wait for it to output information then restart the client and then run this command. It will scan the blockchain and add all of the transactions back to the wallet.dat as it sees them on the blockchain. (it will take some time depending on how many transactions you have made using this wallet.dat so just be patient Restart the client when its finished and report back to us with the outcome please

We the Cypherpunks are dedicated to building anonymous systems. We are defending our privacy with cryptography, with anonymous mail forwarding systems, with digital signatures, and with electronic money. -–Eric Hughes, 1993 Cypherpunk Manifesto– awesome For anyone that didnt watch the video yet. Also help support thunderclap We can reach a million people if we continue this trend Big BUMP It's …all …so …frickin …beautiful (here come the waterworks…) The VID: Is as powerful as a good Apple commercial: elegant, economical and thought-provoking. One of its triumphs is how it has made The Shadow Project seem benign and non-threatening (which it is, depending on your perspective I suppose). There is no "darkness" to scare or intimidate the average guy. Rather the project is about Freedom, Privacy and a better life. Superb video. Send it to everybody you know. Cypherpunks: Great time to study the history of this movement.
