Looks like we're in heavy buying mode again.
Let's see for how long.

But as I said i also think that the bottom is reached with ~142 but what happend today is just another bubble which will burst. Moreover im concerned about the fake buy wall. Something is wrong in that market. Maybe a bull trap, maybe just a rich kid playing with daddys money Wink

From my point of view it doesn't really matter whether this is a breakout or not.  What matters is that eventually it will break out and level up, and I don't want to be caught wrong-footed when that happens.

Call me a moon child if you like, but at least half the sovereign debt outstanding is never going to be repaid.  When that fact gets priced in, everything will sell off massively, all counterparty, repository, and fiduciary trust relationship will be called into question.  You think you have gold because you own GLD? Hmmmph.  Physical wealth safe from lien or seizure, and crypto, are going to be at maximum premium when the bail-ins begin in earnest in Europe.  Monero is the safest of all assets in this regard.

Pay attention to the buy wall, its a fake. Guess a bot or so. When the current price drops, the wall also drops in the same way. The market is manipulated but i dont know in whose favour.

What buy wall?  There are a couple of larger orders but nothing I would consider a wall at this price point... 1000 Monero is still a relatively small amount.

There is/was a 300BTC buy wall which jumped 1:1 -6 to the current price. Must belong to one Polo Account. (deactivate order Grouping)

Monero will outlive the Euro.

Is there such a thing as physical wealth safe from lien or seizure?  I mean... short of standing an army on it?

Echo chamber here, I think - choir preaching to choir, but: I suspect it will also outlive the USD, although that is even more speculative.

A clever and well-heeled investor diversifies across jurisdictions, and depends on the a diversity of local militia/constabulary/judiciary, to amortize political risk.

Crypto is the perfect jurisdiction.  It's soldiers are miners, it's judges are fullnodes, it's laws are those of mathematics.

LOL - he's short at 167 and we're all the way up to? 170 right now? 2% is a rounding error in these markets.

We should reserve epic pics for epic fails, schadenfreude is bad karma dude.

(Edit: not that I'm saying you should hold your short and pray for profits. I'm just saying if you cut your losers quick and ride your winners you'll probably have more fun.)

TBH I just wanted to use that picture.  Too soon, my bad.   Grin

But the top was almost 180.  Who knows how much leverage Moonboy was using?

If the price of Monero reaches 100 usd ("moon") I am expecting the OTC volumes starting to hit the markets.
Monero is a currency which works the best in OTC platforms where people can transact between fiat and Monero without revealing identities to each other.
I am expecting the OTC trading to such Moneros from circulation and creating severe shortages in those days. Shorting Monero will be welcomed warmly because the shorters will give markets to the accumulators. The only problem is that shorting Monero do not pay that well because the accumulators will not buy the coins in order to instadump into the short covery bids.
