Loan offers are depleting as price moves up, shorts are building. I would be carefull to not get liqudated. One big swing up will bring shorts to whales orders on the top Wink

There are still abot 160,000 Monro on loan offer at the moment. The interest rate is just 0.012. So there is not much demand.

This and the fact that XMR isn't really used on DNM(both alphabay and oasis is very suspicious) indicated indicated that the price will drop a lot, probably to below 0.009

Bubble is over for sure but I doubt this is the base price. Afterall, there are only 6 active offers accepting xmr. Although the very aim of the project is being untracable some people on alphabay forums have indicated that they were unable to track their payments. I'm waiting for a correction somewhere around 0.007 - 0.01.

While there are a large number of cretins using DNM (both vendors and buyers), it does seem to be an oversight of either the markets or the 'community' that people are unaware how to use moneroj, which has given rise to these issues with tracking. I guess you can't make people read information.

Nevertheless, I think we are due either movement up or we retest 012, if 0120 fails its down to .008 and if that goes its game over and XMR becomes this year's FTC

Monero will recover i have no doubt about it at all

some of you people may want to get some and some hodl them
unless youre conformatble with the volatilitys of  day trading

monero is basically a better bitcoin and transcation privacy will get more important going forward
than it is now so this is a buying opportuinity to get it this cheap

Definetely I agree.
I still have my bids waiting for the dumpers who are thirsty for bitcoins.
Those Moneros I am bidding are not needed but I see it important to give liquidity to Panic Patricks who want to exit at the bottomish prices.

The dumpers make one mistake by opening excessive amounts of short positions: They think there still is high emission which takes care of the short position closing like it used to do 1-2 years ago. That's why it appeared that the bears won each battle.
These days there is a severe shortage of virgin coins and the shortage gets worse all the time as the emission becomes even more rigid.
There are now only two ways to get the price down: 1) Whales selling (probably will not happen at the bottom, Warz has sold his position almost completely and probably looking for entrance). 2) Short selling upon short selling. However, that is dangerous because it is based on greater fool theory. The last shorter(s) pay the price when the whales see the water is deep enough for them to do some jumping and tricks.

A movement is going to happen sooner or later indeed. To me, price dumping is just not whales dumping rather there are no outside interest than traders on the market. I mean, no one really logged into polo to buy xmr to actually buy a drug, probably. When its just the trading demand, even this price is very good for shorting as its already 6x from months ago. However, even though I'm trying to watch orders books and graphs very closly, it could be whales collecting for another one. After all, its pretty obvious there isn't just a single whale and some might have already get dumped during the downtrend.

Although the very aim of the project is being untracable some people on alphabay forums have indicated that they were unable to track their payments.

Everyone can track their own payment.  And everyone can prove  to everyone else their payment reach the receiver.

This are such basic that you cant even dream Monero would fail at them.

Quite some people on this forum has indicated that Earth is Flat  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1009045.0

Do you take them serious?

Price will never determinate game over of Monero.

What happen in last months with stack Exchange and Dark Markets acceptance and price raise and wider recognition of Monero is best seen in this sentence from yesterdays Dev meeting:

<@fluffypony> I'd also like to welcome all the new contributors
<@fluffypony> even if it's just correcting a spelling error, all contributions are valuable
<@fluffypony> and very much appreciated
<@fluffypony> one thing I would like to encourage with ...

This awareness also brought new developers contributing to Monero. And that makes Monero only stronger and strongest that had ever been in past.

Febo, what a troll thread that is Grin and it's still going after a year and a half Tongue

Yes Monero is stronger now than at any time in the past.  The code is so much better than a year ago, there is no comparison.  The community and the # of contributors is considerably larger.  This trend will continue and accelerate.  This is not a game.  Well maybe it is for traders but even for them it will not be over.

Why is there so little exchanges for Monero in comparison to dash, eth ,ltc and even ripple?  Matter of time or conspiration against XMR? What do u think?    I think it is very scary to have only one real market.  And exactly because it is only one market 99% of the trade is done there.  This is highly speculative and strange. Very bad for the coin. Otherwise it should have the marketcap of Eth at least.

Because of implementation is a bit different then is of Bitcoin and Bitcoin is most standard and easiest for exchanges.

But Poloniex and other exchanges added it easy. So they  just need to be willing to do it. Not sure why trading fees dont give them enough willingness.

Result is that Poloniex fees are 0.2 XMR. What is probably most of all coins they host. Simply because they know traders will not leave that fast. Poloniex fee should get reduced by 10 times.
