The guy who purchased $50,000 bitcoin strike calls says his favorite coin with the most upside is Monero (at the 4:42 mark).

https://www.cnbc.com/video/2017/12/26/man-behind-massive-bet-that-bitcoin-could-hit-50000.html?play=1

Thanks for this article. I really believe on this, done reading the articles. Since I started on crypto, I already impressed on the Monero. It is really a good and promising coin ever. One of the best coin so far.

Jan. 23rd

And if I'm right the 10 XMR goes to the development fund.  Wink

Crazy thing is. 10 XMR really goes quite far towards development now. You can pay someone to work full time for a couple months with that! For 10 measly Monero. Of course they aren't so measly any more and that's the point I guess. It's just amazing.

Are both slots for January 1 taken yet? If not I would like to take one. Also if I win go ahead and send them to the dev fund in my name.

I was thinking that myself, but concluded it would do more good to regift it to 10-20-100 non crypto people that show an interest, and are deserving of such.  Thus we may leverage all that is within the dev wallet  Smiley  I have in the past offered to match up to X XMR a noob bought, just to give a little spur, like Cheesy

Do you think it is still feasible to invest in Monero for the long run or should I wait for another dip below $300?

Dollar Cost Average if you plan on holding.

777 on March 14th, 2018. Eastern time if hours come into question.

I'm afraid 14th March is taken by me a few pages back and deleted once before that too.

OK, my prediction for $777 is February 28th.

But why-oh-why is Bithumb $100 over every other exchange and still have more than a third of the volume?

BTC is actually $5000 over and still the Koreans are buying. Reason for this is that in Korea it's harder to get money around, and therefor they're willing to pay a premium for it.

Yes. Many advantages, at least in my opinon. You can check https://www.monero.how/ and you will see all the potential it has.

Hey guys..

As I wrote a long time back.

I want to create a platform to buy and sell XMR.

I registered a domain: COINADDA.COM

Initially, I only want to list XMR and then go on from there for Aeon.

I am bit hesitant to ask for donations for AWS server setups... please advice.

It's hard to say because of the number of stealth coins coming out now. There's a lot of competition.

Just buy gradually.  If it does dip, you get some cheap.  If it doesn't dip, you at least get some.  At this point, I think it will take a serious governance lapse and a major software vulnerability to interrupt Monero's rise to the position of premeire global digital currency.

It's hard to say because of the number of stealth coins coming out now. There's a lot of competition.

Almost all of them are doomed.  Only dash and zcash compete meaningfully for the economic niche, and both are much riskier, due to governance, technical and economic  problems.  Hence XMR leadership.

The rich get richer and the poor get poorer - it is a fundamental law of network economies.

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day.  Give a man a Poisson distribution and he eats at random times independent of one another, at a constant known rate.
