I think monero might go down until Bitcoin stablises at a price after the CME futures. Monero look sshady for investors.
thats what you think but it will never happen, monero
price maybe move little low affecting CME but will recover more
bigger that what it loss, because coming year would be altcoins
year.for me 2018 is designed for the othe cryptocurrencies to
move forward..

Edit: Answered my own question.

Did this also accomplish Shopify integration? Pardon me for asking this question before fully reading through that mini site they set up.

Either way, good news!

Well this is very much on topic. I would like to know if anyone can answer how Monero replaced LTC at Poloniex as the second trading coin?

I could speculate (like the title of this thread asks me to do), but someone must have an answer

Monero has always had higher volume than ltc on polo. Ltc is a chinese controlled coin and as has been stated XMR saved polo.

I know this is not supposed to be a Dash-bashing thread and I suspect this has been addressed somewhere way back in this massive thread, but how did Dash absorb would would appear to be a massive body blow as a result of this Princeton research paper (i.e. section 3.2)?

https://arxiv.org/pdf/1709.02489.pdf

Is there an official Dash response somewhere?

There's no-one in the dash community left that can refute that as you must understand it first.

Polo showing the (XMR) 'network iasues' flag on the site again.

Looks like it can't take the strain....  Nice looking volume there right now, though and trading seems unaffected.

It does presumably mean no one can transfer XMR in though, so maybe they will run out! Wink

Oh, snap!  Thanks for the hoot.  If this were IRC I'd tip for that.

So the globee press is pumping us...  I would expect that to continue, in ever decreasing degree, until it completely ceases to be a factor, when news quantifying globee's impact comes out.  Then, that news will be a dominant factor, until multisig release date is clearer.  All this is barring exogenous catalysts.

Haha yea I'm just extremely wary of any link that ends in .pdf.

I wonder if these researchers bought a bunch of monero before they published this paper Cheesy. It's some pretty damning stuff.

Another analysis of Dash privacy, although over a year old.  I don't know if these concerns have been addressed; searching didn't turn up anything:

Don't wish to hijack the XMR price speculation thread, so mods can delete as they see fit.

Funny how a coinhive miner was my reward for following that link.

Seems beside USD ATH we also hit the highest daily volume so far 26th August had $315 millions. We did more in last 24h and since buying started only half day ago we will do way more volume. Probably over $400 millions.
