Every day you get 1 Gems bonus, for airdrop you need to invite more friends from a refferal link, and friends need to be active and also invite new users. If you look satoshi price is lower, if you look USD price is not lower.
lol 1 penny a day. "the app that pays you" I don't even care about this bs statement but wtf is actually going on here? That last update was pure fuckin shit for a coin that brought in over a million during its ico phase. -wheres the marketing? -wheres the Attention Economy? oh true the telegram channels.. -where are the advertisers? -Where is the advertising platform? -for how fuckin long do we have to wait until your shitty developpers bring in some interesting features related to a fuckin messaging app? -where the budget report? How much money has gone into developing paykey VS getgems? -Will we have a share in paykey profit for holding gems? Or is this suppose to make you rich by yourself? I swear this fuckin project is turning into a complete fraud. I want to know where the fuck all the money is going and a fuckin clear statement about paykey, how is this not bothering everyone? HOW IS IT ALRIGHT FOR THEM TO MAKE MONEY ON AN APP LIKE PAYKEY WHEN "WE" THE INVESTORS FUNDED BOTH PROJECTS?

Whenever I tap on the 'Login to Facebook' link on the 'store' screen, the app crashes. Anyone else have this issue?

right... my point is that here is another firm led by a guy that went to Harvard, basically doing the same thing (without the crypto coin) and he is successful. so let me ask you... is it the idea is bad? or the people don't know what they are doing and don't want to listen to advice? listen to the guy's ted talk, he has vision, wants to change the world for the better, help people! the getgems guys not sure they have that...

Read the GG white paper. It's a very cool idea they pitched (the attention economy). That's how Daniel raised $1.2m basically from word of mouth. Now imagine 15 months have passed after getting all that money. How complete would you expect the app to be, considering it uses the existing Telegram client code and network? What upsets true supporters of this project is that it appears like the company didn't even try. When paykey was announced, it all but confirmed the suspicion.

I don't care what anyone says after years of living on a Kibbutz all Daniel learned was when loads of banks showed him some green he ran at it. If any developer on this whole forum shows a complete disregard for a community it's him. We all know what he wants. He wants to he a high tech genius on wired magazine so he can get a girlfriend. it's just so sad instead of vision he went for the quick buck....a sad story from start to finish.

It was easier last year to blame the company’s lack of execution on inexperience or incompetence. But when you consider all the “surprise” announcements and events, I wouldn’t fault someone for concluding that we’ve participated in an outright scam.
Off the top of my head:
They sold a stake in the company to VC’s while they were simultaneously crowdfunding.
The co-founder quit immediately after the ICO.
They suddenly scrapped all prior work in favor of Telegram.
They revealed the stealth development of PayKey, and made it the company’s priority.
They secretly cashed out 50% of the ICO money.
They stated that GG’s development depends not on the remaining funds, but on PK’s future success.
Here’s the scenario I think is most likely coming:
PK won't get funded because of exactly what the panel criticized at 43North. The app hasn’t interested VC’s yet, and the market is only getting more crowded.
GG will continue to acquire users based solely on their app store rankings for the search term “Telegram”.
The app will function as a standard messenger client with a few beta (and soon, unoriginal) crypto features.
The attention economy will never be developed and the coin’s value will reflect this.
The app will obtain traditional revenue sources, like banner ads, to keep it alive.
Or it will simply be open-sourced and abandoned.

The only thing bothering me yet is the attention economy. I believe the ad channel is doing more bad then good appearing as a spam channel to most users. I suggested one of the staff to start monetising the app trough banners slots (or even adsense type of revenue) they can place in the "earn" tab This revenue could be used to constantly buy gems off the market and redistribute them among thousands of users which would considerably get the price back up. I have always suported this app since the start but I cant lie I would like daniel to be more active in here the btt forum just like he was during the Ico phase. Even long time supporters are cashing out right now being impatient and its hard to blame them. The app is growing well but once again people holding are left to wait with very few details on the future development.

Is it possible to be rewarded with a little amount of gems by airdrop (seeing advertising they sometimes propose) even if I don't have referrals (because i've been invited as a member of a group, so I don't need to have refs to chat)? Or instead I can only take standard one gem as bonus everyday? Thanks!

Only airdrop require regerral. The daily bonus is for everyone and the ad viewing is for everyone too.

Thus, they don't mention Getgems while pitching PayKey. They do mention every other social network though.
