I like to make sure that people who need help get it.Good service is important to me as a user and an admin so it's all good.As a player of a few other games I can safely say that they never are available to help me when there were issues with service or non payment so I think that good service is important. If we can get higher quality games (and more user friendly) in the BTC world,people in the mainstream will adopt BTC more and jack up the value (due to good use of BTC from having a good user experience.). Having a good admin is very important as well as good staff to run the games successfully (I hope the Olympics in 2012 in London go well).
