Im heading this one off before I see KGambler crying about it on here:

Code:
Devices must be in scope of at least +-10% of advertised performance in order to be accepted as valid.

No scam, they failed to meet the power specs they quoted (big surprise, BFL lied again).

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=192122.msg1992526#msg1992526

No Bitbet did not scam - I suggest all users of these wagering sites review their english skills or stop using them.
If the language is not clear - DO NOT BET.

If you have to get creative when interpreting the bet, then you are setting yourself up to fail.
Bitcoin Betting Sites - Please FFS employee gramar nazi's or something to pull every new submission over the hot coals first.

Those "specs they quoted" were for a product that got cancelled before the bet was ever made. BitBet resolved the bet based on the "final specs" for the Jalapeno, not the specs for the 5GH/s SC. They used obsolete information from 2012, instead of the updated information from 2013, available at the time the bet was created.

There's also the allegation that they BitBet bet 20 BTC on "no".

Given the fact that they're allowing bad bets despite it being against their policy as stated in their FAQ, how can you claim they're not scamming people? Especially when they're conspiring on IRC channels and failing to inform their users of vital information which they're going to use to resolve their bets.

These bets are a blatant scam and rather than recognising that, you're putting the blame on those who got scammed.

Please FFS employee gramar nazi's or something

You mean "employ"?

It's "grammar".

And there shouldn't be an apostrophe in "nazis".

Do I get the job?

Added bitbet.us and noted the site is potentially a scam.
The site will remain scored out in my list due to being operated by the racist business MPEx.

bitbet.us฿0.100฿?Bet on anything฿0.100฿∞* Admin is an outspoken racistRacism
* Site operator potentially involved in bet scam
Admin is a turd on the forums MrPOO-ER.

Unscored the betsofbitco.in entry but I shall leave the asterix against its name.
I do not see any scam here, just a very poor decision by the site operator to allow a vague bet description.

So long as there's something indicating they did this thing and people can look it up for themselves, I think it's an okay solution.

The fact they didn't pay out on a winning bet is what's important, not whether or not they're "scammers."  I think they are, but that they did not pay out is unquestionable.

Yes, its part of their history now and all future players need to know how the operators of both sites handled resolving a vague bet.

It would be great if you could either add http://blockend.net to your list or if not offer me some feedback as to how it can be improved and subsequently added to said list.

Currently:
Min bet is 1 satoshi... lol
Max bet is not applicable so it can be anything
Provably fair all results are on the blockchain

Hi bitspill, if you want to hurry things up a bit chat with me on gmail talk - (mem.namefix at gmail.com).

I'll have a look during my lunch break and will reply shortly.

edit: ok this is a nice simple idea, I like it. Nice to see previous rounds and complete FAQ addressing my usual questions.
I shall give it a try and report back shortly.

Mem, please take BitLotto off the list, or move it to scammers section.

It was all just a long con, apparently.

The site is still online and people are still placing wagers, possibly after seeing bitlotto from Mem's List.

I noticed earlier that you list the max bet on bitZino's blackjack at 10 BTC, but it's actually 25 BTC.

I didn't check your info for their other games, but maybe that's wrong too.

Is that the lotto game that used to be linked to from the satoshidice website?  I kind of assumed they were run by the same people, but maybe they just linked to each other.  Or maybe I'm thinking of a different game with a similar name.

Edit: http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/5245/is-there-a-reason-satoshidice-bitlotto-use-0-00543210-btc-and-not-1-satoshi adds weight to them being somehow related.

Quote
"Site Owner passionately defends the use of the N-Word as a derogatory slur."

Mem, this is really disingenuous. Never did I "passionately defend the use of the N-Word."  My thesis, if you care to understand it, was that Mircea's post was not racist. You're welcome to disagree with this thesis if you like, but the quote above is disingenuous.  My thesis was NOT that it's okay to use the N-Word or that I supported Mircea doing that. I do not think he should be using that word. I also don't think the post is racist. Using a word does not make one racist. One is racist if one believes in inherent inferiority of an individual based on his race. Mircea doesn't believe that, and specifically stated such in the post. You ignore that fact.

I do not understand why you fail to see this distinction, and it feels as if you're simply trying to stir up drama, make enemies, and crusade against people based on very dubious assertions. The quote above from your gambling list is deceptive. It is factually wrong, but I suppose you'll keep it anyway. That was also pretty classy of you to lock your thread after you got the last word in.

Stated in bullet points for you:
- I am not racist. I don't give a damn about peoples' skin color.
- I do not believe Mircea is a racist, although he is certainly an elitist, is very brash, and very offensive to some people.
- I do not believe Mircea's post is racist. Those who find it offensive are getting caught up in the use of one word and failing to understand the meaning of the commentary.
- I do not defend the use of the N-word, ever.

Do you need it any more clearly spelled out or will you perpetuate the witch hunt?

Do you have any evidence for your outrageous and possibly libellous claim that it's rigged?  Or did you just get unlucky on a few hands?
