I have been racking my brain to figure out a good load balance/solution to this as easy as possible.
Balance and load balance strategies have been part of CGMiner since I started using it 5 years ago. |

is it a practise to add a d=100000 for solo mining?
Rather than a practice, it is a good idea to have high difficulty IF and only if you have your own monitoring, as setting diff too high won't let you see your hashrate on the solo pool. |

it's probably best to let the ckpool set the difficulty based on your hash rate.

From the stats it looks like it was some hours of rental or a fallback going there... how much time was it there? 3 hours?

Anyway I'll be restarting the pool at least once today while I test some new code trying to debug a tricky issue for performance improvements. Most of you won't notice anything as per usual unless you're watching your consoles and downtime should be negligible unless something goes horribly wrong.
The restart went well, so I will be restarting the de pool shortly as well to update to the latest code. EDIT: Restarts complete. Mine on! |
