The last 2 withdrawal requests i have put in have taken up to 8 hours to even be broadcast to the bitcoin network, once broadcasted then it just takes the normal time to appear in my wallet.

I am not a big gambler, one withdrawal was only for about 0.05btc and took about 4 hours to confirm and last time i had a good win and withdrew 0.23btc but that took 8 hours to show up on the blockchain.

5 days on game, after the fifth day 200% profit... Not bad.

After some hours of the 5th day My account just dissapears. So I decided to contact the support team.


After a long verification procedure they confirmed my identity. But also they confirmed me that there was a withdrawal on my account for all my money in there.

The problem?
I asked for the mail provided and my mail was changed with only 1 extra letter on it.
So I decided to send a message to that mail address via my real mail through which I registered and which I verified too!!!
What happened? The mailing server returned the error of a non existing mail address.
Ok, I said. But my question was: when you change your mail address you don't have to proove that it's yours, or said differently, VERIFY IT? What the Hell?

This was suspicios.

So I decided to create that mail address to ask for a recovery of my password.

What happened next?
I compile the formula to send me the recovery link.
And there started the waiting game... And I waited, and waited and waited...
Now 2 hours passed, no recovery link recieved to the mail which is defined on their system. Ooooookaaaaaay...

THIS STINKS!

The conclusion?
It's almost 100% obvious that there was no hack attempt on my account. They STOLE MY MONEY AND MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO LOOK AT MY ACCOUNT TO FIGURE IT OUT LOOKING LIKE A SUCCESFULL HACK ATTEMPT... WHAT DO THEY THINK THE PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS? THIS WAS A TACTIC OF SMALL SHITNUGGET DICE SITES TO BECOME RICH! GOOD MOOVE! (:clapping like a retarded seal on the African shores:)

indeed every time we want to withdraw it's almost instant processed no email verification needed. but i think he means an email verification when he just signed up in the site , it's required now to activate withdrawal function. i don't know if the email verification are not working now , fj can you confirm it? this is serious problem.

Not sure if this is true because I havent created any new account from some time however newly created account nowadays needs to verify their email address first otherwise those accounts wont be able to withdraw anything from the site and some reports has been stating that sometimes the system is not sending any email to their mailbox which makes them cant verify it

It is a newly created account and it needs verification for the first withdrawal. Their support says that tech support will fix the issue, however it's been days and I recieved no soultion or answer for that.
