First, I want to meet anyone who buys this unit. It will make no money at all, ever (unless bitcoin shoots up very high), so what's the point? Go out to your big box store and buy a heater, it's the same thing. BTW, those fans in the front are THICK, and believe me those types of fans are not quiet. I have them in my other no name miner, the scream like a 747 Jet taking off. Good luck... The only game in town I see right now is buying used miners from people who are tired of mining.

One aspect that I like is the $200 coupon for existing S2 owners, with the intention to still have an upgrade in future (S6 kit?).

Although, this price should be the base price for everyone to be honest. Then this would be worth a gamble to some, rather than an instant 'no thanks' at the current prices.

BITMAIN - Please rethink the additional postage charge  at the very least!

After adding Shipping Charge(16KG) and Import Duty this will come to around $2000.

shipping to USA is probably not free. Select a shipping method. then the price will update.

I have contact them before. They just only accept "US" buyer, not international.
And buyer need to make a label and send to them, that is restricted to the US buyer.

well i found a while back its not what they say they do have a deal with customs and the US as to cost etc .

b)   Shipping cost. Shipping cost is trick, different shipping service will have different shipping time, and it will influence the time cost discussed in 2. Time cost.

d)   Tax: Some miners will have to pay VAT or other import tax.

2.   Time cost: We can estimate the time cost based on the projected gross mining revenue during the waiting time.
a)   Time on waiting period of pre-order. You know, shipping in two weeks.
b)   Time on shipping. Some shipping methods is much slower than our UPS shipping service, and the shipping time lost usually much larger the shipping cost we can save from choosing the slower carrier.
