I restarted ckdb 15 minutes ago with some updates to allow adjusting a payout.
I've done the adjustment, so you should see it's all now 0.5045% higher for the block 356299 rewards - ready for when it comes due.
i would like to know if it is normal for my n diff. to go from 234.973M to 515 from the previous block the present block?
Yep coz you only mined in one shift in the payout range of the block.

Block 356299 paid from (of course) the block shift
 "4kwcn darkchii 2015-05-13 20:59:23+00"
back to
 "4jrpb felli 2015-05-06 21:47:25+00"

If you check your Shifts page, you'll see that you didn't mine in that whole range except to submit 1 share in shift "4khm5 nodoka 2015-05-11 10:32:23+00" with a diff of 515
The rest are all zero

If you were mining to the pool, maybe you used another account, or mined to an address
(or were mining at some other pool for those 7 days?)
Thanks for responce, sorry for asking i just checked rewards and not shifts and dates prior to posting question, and i have wasted your time.

Please tip the Node 1MPWKB23NsZsXHANnFwVAWT86mL24fqAjF; KO4UX

OK...I know this is off subject but it will matter to the pool later- How long can you run CAT cable before you have to put a signal booster in the line?

Damn...might have been wrong question. Here..let me tell ya what is happening: Need to move farm to the garage. Picked up an s4 to add to the pool. I have cable TV out there already to feed the router but must locate equipment across the room. (that's where the power is) so.....I either have to extend the cable TV and place router over where equipment will be or use alot of network cable. Ideas pool?? Real problem is gonna be; How do I keep this stuff cool. Moving the S3+ & S4. The little r-Box110s need a computer, so those stay in my front room /w computer. I'm in FL and the garage does heat up...I don't have the answer for that yet. Again...ideas? Told ya it was pool related...lol

Yeah I sent the payout shortly before I went to sleep but it hadn't confirmed yet so I hadn't posted it here yet.

then the 3 s3s and 1 s5 i have are plugged into the linksys router with cat5.

Try a powerline product.

I've been using that for years to get to my garage that is two floors down below me in the building basement and no wifi or cable access except that the power in the garage is on my circuit breaker here upstairs so they are connected.
(I upgraded it once in all that time to a new faster one)
My home internet also uses that due to where the adsl telephone line is.

Google powerline.

It runs ethernet over your internal power wiring.
Works great for me Smiley

Thank goodness for power/surge protection...just got zapped. Had to restart everything. That happens a lot here in FL.

Whats that do...use your home wiring?
Google powerline.

It runs ethernet over your internal power wiring.
Works great for me Smiley

Be careful with powerline products. Their signal to noise ratio and speeds are pretty bad. I've tested  a few for clients and decided to ever use one. Even after getting them for free for evals from the manufacturers. Cheesy

Also most of them you can't use with surge protections or UPS's and have to be plugged in directly to the wall outlets.

Go Big or Go Home.

OK...I know this is off subject but it will matter to the pool later- How long can you run CAT cable before you have to put a signal booster in the line?

Under 300feet is best.

Thank You...won't be a problem then.

For a cheaper and more reliable solution than some of the others mentioned, buy a cheap switch and just run one cable to the cheap switch then shorter cables from that switch to your miners.

No one in their right mind would run a company server, desktops over a powerline, but a miner is OK.
If you have 100 miners on the other end, you simply put ckproxy there and it's equivalent to not a lot more than one miner Tongue

I ran quite a few miners over the link for years - on the old setup and of course on the (old but newer) faster more reliable setup.
I only have one there at the moment - S5 - coz it's way too loud - the S3s are now upstairs to keep the place warm - it's winter in 2 weeks Smiley

My garage miner connection is:
miner - switch - powerline<->powerline - switch - linux router - switch - powerline<->powerline - adls modem - phone line to local exchange
Been running OK for years Smiley

Edit: though of course check the specs on anything. Mine is 2 floors through the walls and hell only knows where the power cable goes.
But I've no idea how far it is and what the distance limit is on my powerline.

but kano, i Like haxn' peoples unsecured powerline networks! i think they should run Everything off it! thats how i can get into their "Nest" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nest_Labs) box and turn on all their lights and put the heaters on max...

oh gawd.. no magical blue smoke? that protection did its job

ive seen what lightning does to things, even when its miles away.

many many moons ago, had a storm, lightning hit the distribution block. many things like TVs, microwave, power strip, etc. had black points and melted plastics, i think i was only 5 then..

now that im in the business of repairing PCs, every time there is a large storm, 5-6 PSUs i need to replaced around the town

none the less, seeing as lightning kills things, im happy your stuff isn't dead. but replace the surge protector, it may not see you out again, if you are still using it.

Lucky mine isn't unsecured ... though at home I'm not sure why I'd care Cheesy
NetComm NP507 600MBs (just looked it up - range is spec'd as 200m)

I also ran an ssh tunnel over the original one I had coz that fixed a problem I had mining at one pool
(though mining at other pools didn't have the same problem - but it seemed to be hop count related and the tunnel reduced the hop count)

I always replace a surge protector after it's been hit...even if it doesn't have the unforgiving order of burnt wiring. Cheaper than replacing the equipment. Thing is, I buy the good ones and go thru ~5 per year. It gets expensive. Keep all the ideas coming for moving these out to the garage. Also, remember it's FL and my garage ain't ACed. Suggestions to keep these somewhat cool? No windows, all cinderblock, not knocking a hole in the wall. lol ( I just know someone was gonna suggest that). Don't know about that problem either. So...got a network to figure out and cooling.

BTW: Thanks group...

hmm.. knock a hole in the wall? ;P

cinder should hold out most of the heat, what's the roof like? tin over beams or got a floating roof? can you pop a vent fan in it (one of them passive domed spiny things) that should remove the stale air out, other then that if the miners don't pass 70 degrees celcius (or 158.0 °F, i think) in there you should be right.  plant natives around the building? put some shade up around the side of it? make a 2nd face on the roof with a 6" airgap?

maybe even bury the whole building under 6' of dirt? pipe some air vents 6' underground and some though the roof? heat pipe the roof to ground? umm..

nah, just get a jack hammer and pop a few holes into the cinder Cheesy
