Anyone who keeps a close eye on the payouts, will have noticed that 473438 wasn't confirmed in either of the double blocks.
I've queued it now, so 473438 will be confirmed in the next block we find.

How much hash do you have now?

Right now about 37TH give or take a 1-3TH depending on if I fire up the S5's. But I haven't been due to summer heat so I just run two S7's and two S9's.

I'm at 32TH right now, just trying to figure out what my avg payout will be.  In Aug adding 4 L3+'s and if I can't find hosting at a decent price I'll dump the R4's.  They are running in the basement thank God it always cooler down there!!!

Kano, I just got woken up by a symphony of beeps from all of my 12 miners.  Shocked Looks like they couldn't connect for some time but now back to normal.  Tongue

What had gone wrong?  Huh

EDIT: Just checked all of my Ethereum miners and it looks like they were down as well.  Apparently the local internet provider had a problem and cut off the internet for about 9 minutes.  So never mind thanks!

Useless factoid...perhaps...

You can safely fit an Avalon 741, controller, and cabling into a USPS Priority International Large Flat Rate Box. Saves 60% over FedEx or UPS, and about the same over using the Avalon carton and paying the weight rate.

Mine on.

To infinity and beyond...on two 741s and one of only 3...nope, make that 4...full nodes in Hawaii...on <30A. (I have other gear on the Hoth ice planet)

So it's finally cold enough here again to put on a heater ... so I (stupidly) decided to do just that.
After most of the day I thought ... hmmm I wonder how much power this thing is using, I probably should see if I can get one of the miners in the garage working again, and use that instead ...
Checks watt meter ... WTF? 1700W!

OK got my A741 all working 100% again, slowed the frequency down to 500, hacked the /etc/init.d/cgminer to use $fan-42 instead of $fan-100 ...
Not loud any more at all, ~5.2THs, and works well as a heater here in the lounge room Smiley
Woo! Less power also - just under 1000W - heater that pays for itself Smiley

I've done this before with earlier miners, but always had heat problems with the miners, or had to put them in the laundry due to the noise - so not as effective.
These settings work exceptionally well on the A741

Mine on Smiley

Edit: it's under 50dB (fan in the 20-25% range) most of the time, occasionally speeds the fan up to 32% (~58dB) and ever so rarely up a bit more (but it didn't while I was measuring it)
