It's kinda like finding the anti-patterns. "Nope. Already tried that. Don't waste your time."

Kano has often mentioned that he would get the accounting code done, including the dust payout, sometime this year. So we're halfway there I guess...

Yah, I don't have much accrued and I'm on the cusp of rising above the dust level once some of my Power/AC management issues here in Phoenix are sorted out but I suspect there may be quite alot of "dust" floating around the pool?

Quite a bit ... all sitting there ... gathering dust. The Rewards page will never change, so all that unpaid dust will still be shown there with the paid reward, even after it's paid. The new Payments page will show each bitcoin transaction you received a payment, why and how much, as well as yaw balances. I've been sidetracked by the server move, the asicboost and a 3rd issue about the SPS. Once they're done shortly, I'll be back onto the accounting/dust.

I am willing to donate my dust towards more marketing for the pool. Not much but hope others will do the same so we get more power. Just a proposal. Facebook has around 280 euros lifetime advert for example.

Anyone any coupons left?
I want to order extra miners to the pool.
If you want to donate, please let me know. Highly appreciated.
Want to offer 48Hour 1S9 mining on your account for every $100 value coupon donated, when my newly purchased miners arrive.
I have some I can spare. PM me your Bitmain receiver ID (I think that is your bitmain account e-mail). Same holds for anyone else looking for $100 coupons. First group expires on 6/30, after which I'll have fewer.

This would be very, very helpful. I've personally put back into the pool, with quite a few of my payouts. However, FB is not as welcoming to Bitcoin, and it's Community, as Twitter and Instagram are. Which is odd, because Instagram is owned and operated by Zuckerberg's Corporation. I've looked into Post Promotion on both, and there is no Flat fee per say. It starts with a fee, and then it's like $0.05 a post click. My average posts get any where from 1 to 150 easily in 24 hrs, and some near 1000 in a week. Which would be $50 for a week, but my posts are not on "promotion", so that number could easily escalate, if they were. Pooled together the cost would be much less individually. However, I'd like Kano's input on this, before finalizing the posts. The hardest part collectively, is finding the right audience, and in particular, large mining farm operators. Hope is not lost though. Even though it's a BIG world, the actual Bitcoin Mining Community, is rather small in comparison. With that said, "word of mouth" is actually the Greatest Tool we have for Promoting Kano's Pool. In example: A friend of a friend is into mining, and looking for a place to mine. This is where Social Media comes in handy. I've said it a bunch of times: If everyone who is active on these Social Media platforms, would take literally 1 minute out of their day to share a post, or make a post, it would seriously help out. I completely understand that, the OG's here, loathe the idea of Social Media, and I'm fine with that. If they want to, we have signature banners, and they can help spread the word here at the forum. The general idea is familiarizing people with the name Kano Pool, and information about the Pool itself. Pretty simple really. As always, I am open to suggestions and ideas. Any input is welcomed, as we are collectively working together as a team, towards the very same goal: Kano Pool, The BTCest BTCitcoin Mining Pool in the World!!!

Kano do please make a poll to survey if majority thinks we should use dust for marketing purposes. And if we get 50% or more votes, it will save you the trouble of dealing with dust payments and we will eventually get more hash power. That way we can kill 2 birds with one stone.
Settling dust payments are very difficult as I found out my researches.

Be cautious folks... this guy is asking for 30 coupons and has a bit of an attitude when asked basic questions like if they have enough power and cooling to support that many S9s.

FYI this is not a democracy. What if "50% or more" wanted your block payouts?

Also, the line in the dust (sorry, couldn't resist) is somewhere around an S7 or V9 mining - hardly "big boys". Unless my info is dated, a single S9 should be fine.

I have PM'd Kano, with an idea I have to get some funding for paid promotion. My idea, excludes using the dust as a means of funding. Although, that is a Helpful idea, not everyone is going to want to give their money away. That would probably take alot of time away from Kano, finding who is who, and sending or not sending individually, then having to exchange the BTC into fiat, as most promoting online doesn't except it......yet!!! Ha!!! Kano is taking care of the Dust, as he has stated before. Hopefully, he is able to get some sort of free time, with everything he has on his plate. In other news: Let's Crack this BTClock!!!

In other news: Let's Crack this BTClock!!!I understand about how he has a lot on his plate. AND I understand how he has a responsibility to the bigger miners. I'm a noob to mining and here so it's difficult to conceive of the numbers some of the bigger miners are mining. Alls I can say is there are some of us new to this without resources to go into big time (I have 5 S3s and not enough power to run them all at once) yet that would be incentivized by even a small reward for my (our) efforts? The dust minimum is what it is and I've got power (and money) issues to get there. Not lookin for a lot.....just some small gratification.
