They were just some ponzi operation kinda like Hashocean only with much shorter life span. Don't expect anything from them. They have run away with user funds like most of the scams do here and its strange that people never learn their lesson and keep trusting ponzi/hyip scams which undercover themselves as some form of cloud mining operation. Forget about them and unfortunately forget about your funds there too. Keep the coins in your wallet is the most sage advice you will receive here.
