Hello,

I have been consulting with Breakout Gaming regarding the post-ICO business model, which will be a legal, licensed operator, with offerings across igaming markets , and across a variety of games.

Feel free to ask about the gaming business to be launched, and its unique features to support BRO, one that will serve post-ICO to bring in traditional fiat gamers to the BRO economy.

David

Will you offer poker and casino to clients in USA?? That's probably the most important question??If not there is a little value in the project

I tend to disagree with your business analysis for a variety of reasons:

1. There is a big gaming world outside the US, so finding "value" only in terms of the US markets is somewhat artificially limiting the scope of gaming opportunities.

2. In any event, there are business models and gaming channels available to US residents that can be offered.  Breakout will be offering as many varieties of gaming as it can, legally (and profitably) , across US State markets, including fantasy games, skill games and the like.

3. A open-ended term like "poker and casino" also tends to cover more ground than may be intended in your question. There even are many variants of poker and casino models offered legally to US customers as well.  None of them do much to promote cryptocurrency adoption or offer prizing in crypto.

Gzesh covers US markets earlier.  I also quoted his introduction.

With all due respect for Mr. Gzesh's knowledge, this is THE LAW: https://www.fdic.gov/news/news/financial/2010/fil10035a.pdf

Additionally, I am quite sure Mr. Gzesh is aware of the outcome of the federal prosecution of PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker and Absolute Poker.

Edit to add: Why a censored thread?
its a self-moderated thread, and I dont believe any posts are being deleted. There are many reasons for a moderated thread, and is common practice for announcements. Please feel free to start a new thread on the topic, which wont be moderated.

In the PRE-ANN thread,  there was a scammers impersonating "breakoutCoin" by adding an "s" , breakoutcoins, and he posted a bitcoin address and was trying to scam, this is the reason for a self-moderated thread.

Thanks for answering and identifying yourself Jay.

The excuses for the censored thread are just not serious, sorry.
but it hasn't been censored.

Yes it has.  Several posts linking to old stories about some of the poker players were deleted.  So was my first post here, asking why.  I'm new to crypto.

so your new to cryto, and this is your first question? you must be a fast learner.

Protoblock turns knowledge of American football into Fantasybit coin, a margin token used to monetize leveraged skill.

This has been written repeatedly, We are only offering our games in LEGAL-TO-PLAY markets.   Huh   In the US only Fantasy Sports/Skill games will be available.

NEWLY created FUD accounts specifically created with the intention of spreading FUD and doing harm will be deleted.  Regardless, we still answered all the questions in a following post.

They have already stated that poker won't be available to the U.S.  Trust me, I remembered.  Angry

I believe clarity benefits everyone: Not only poker but any kind of bet for money whatsoever, would be illegal in ALL of the United States and related territories.

Yeah, well the US gov't is doing such a good job at arresting anyone.  I've been playing poker and sports betting on Bodog (Bovada) for years and Calvin Ayre is still partying it up as a free man.  Cheesy  Nobody actually did any prison time from the PS, FTP,AP event. Howard Lederer is still playing in the WSOP FFS.  Cheesy

Everyone knows that "crimes of money" (and many times others too) don't automatically mean prison in the US... unless you are poor. But it shut their business and cost them $731 million to avoid the bars... I doubt this project can afford to even contemplate such an outcome but then again what do I know?

You, on the other hand, own all of PESA already ...

We wouldn't want investors in BRO to lose 20 BTC, would we?

But you are right, sorry for the off topic.

WHY FANTASY SPORTS IS NOT GAMBLING
It's A Game of Skill

Fantasy sports leagues are games of skill. Managers must take into account a myriad of statistics, facts and game theory in order to be competitive. There are thousands of websites, magazines and other such publications that seek to synthesize the vast amounts of available fantasy sports information to keep their readers informed and competitive. A manager must know more than simple depth charts and statistics to win; they also must to take into account injuries, coaching styles, weather patterns, prospects, home and away statistics, and many other pieces of information in order to be a successful fantasy sports manager.

The highest level competition of fantasy sports games (such as the National Fantasy Baseball Championship at http://nfbc.stats.com) routinely sees top players win games more frequently than if the contests were random or highly based on chance. It's a pattern that has been repeated with many fantasy sports contests and competitions: the highly skilled fantasy player wins more frequently.

The Federal government Does Not Define Fantasy Sports As Gambling.

The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 included "carve out" language that clarified the legality of fantasy sports. It was passed by Congress and signed into law on October 13, 2006 by President George W. Bush. The act makes transactions from banks or similar institutions to online gambling sites illegal, with the notable exceptions of fantasy sports, online lotteries and horse/harness racing.

The bill specifically exempts fantasy sports games, educational games or any online contest that "has an outcome that reflects the relative knowledge of the participants, or their skill at physical reaction or physical manipulation (but not chance), and, in the case of a fantasy or simulation sports game, has an outcome that is determined predominantly by accumulated statistical results of sporting events, including any non-participant's individual performances in such sporting events..."

There are several states in the US where Fantasy Sports -with entry fee- is or may be considered gambling, therefore illegal. Specifically Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana and Washington.
