Did you use www.breakoutcoin.com to purchase BRO? Did you download your wallet and select a password? Did you receive a backup copy of your wallet via email?

The coins will be redeemed only after the genesis block is created and the coin is launched, all you would need is your password and breakout-wallet .json file.

there is no need to open it. just save it for later, and don't forget your password.

if you wish to open it, please try: textedit or pages or any text editor.

also, you can use the "Reuse breakout-wallet" button, on breakoutcoin.com , it will show your btcaddr, which can be used to check your balance.

expected amount would be 800, assuming all bergstake holders are actively "bergstaking" 24/7 365.

Theoretically, you would take 12.5 million Bergstake and calculate what percentage you own of that amount. If you owned 1.25 million Bergstake, then you would receive approx. 10% (100,000) BRO coins annually.  This is assuming that everyone will be Bergstake mining, which is not realistic, so the actual number of coins mined per year should be much higher than 100,000 BRO.

Currently, assuming the ICO reaches it's minimal goals, the BRO operation is being priced at (around) 18 million dollars, roughly the value of Peercoin.

I believe it is optimistic enough.

Now they are setting a fixed price of 6600 BRO per BTC, and everyone seems very excited to invest. Do you guys not realize they just pulled a very clever move on you and you are now getting way less BRO for your BTC?

I invested in the original ICO which seemed like a good deal, but now that I will get less than half the coins it seemed like I would receive I will have to ask for a refund and hope to maybe be able to get a good deal in the "private" sale later.

It would have been difficult to continue the project before if we reached only 1000 btc.  And that's the minimum we were looking for when btc was trading near 400.  At 1000 btc the share would have been @5,500 BRO per btc.  But that scenario was not likely.  You are now getting Bergstake from day one with the ability to earn more coins immediately.  Also, no more dilution from PoW miners.
