Apart from that they are liars and for some time they were running a ponzi based on fractional mining. How about that ?

... So in your expert opinion, any business that failed is definitely a scam?
Any business discussed here is, yeah. Irrelevant if not failed yet--give it time.

Got any proof this was a scam?
They are not scammers but they are liable. Apart from that they are liars and for some time they were running a ponzi based on fractional mining. How about that ? That is a fair assessment. Having their hardware stolen does not make them scammers,
No, but deliberately withholding that information from customers and investors, does make it a scam imo. Also, indirectly selling stolen electricity (if true) is not the hallmark of honest business. Dishonest? Probably. Unprofessional? Definitely. Proof they are scammers? I don't think so. I still think that their actions could have been made in good faith. I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility that they could have found a solution to fix this mess. (like taking out a loan and deploying another ~3.5 PH/s in Inner Mongolia.) Also it looks like FC is solely responsible for this mess so I don't think it's fair to call everyone working for AM/AMhash scammers.

Talking about yourself are you ? I am sorry your FUD against our successful operation kryptologika.com has failed. No we do not run fractional mining as you well know and it is none of your business where and how much hashrate we control. But back to the main topc... Actually they were running a fractional mining based ponzi for more than two months. It is a serious allegation. And I think David Fan's and Rock Xie's heads are at stake here as the legal action will be loomed around this vector of attack.

If he is detained and cut off from the internet\communication with the outside world he may have a good excuse as he had (and probably until now still has ) no control over anything. But if he is on the run he is the main culprit.

No we do not run fractional mining
Really? I am speculating on the hashing power on another market there might be periods when I am actually not mining at all!

Really. You just need to paste the whole sentence. There is big if in it. If I am mining, selling shares and at the same time I am speculating on the hashing power on another market there might be periods when I am actually not mining at all! You are a complete ignorant and indeed a puppet

Attack a business incessantly and systematically for months and when enough customers have been scared away that it goes belly up. Yes, it was a scam to begin with.
Attract customers to what you don´t attack and when that goes belly up. No, it wasn´t a scam, it´s natural for businesses to go belly up.
Bloody amoral extortionist junk. A couple months ago I was about the only one around here questioning this garbage but the ranks are probably growing now.

Well how would you find something like that out, actually? Do they have access to Thai immigration logs? And how would you enter Thailand without actually being registered. Could he maybe set up shop there? I think it would be more probable that he's just living the good life...

Just got this email: Delisting Of the AMHASH FUND
On Tuesday March 17th, 2015 the AMHASH Fund will be delisted and transferred to Private from Public. The AMHASH team will still maintain a copy of all unit holders. In the event that new information is available in regards to any of the mining equipment or bitcoins owed to AMHASH the unitholders will be notified.

Yeah well, we all got that mail. It really seems to be the only logical thing to do. But it sure does feel like we're being cheated and AM surely isn't handling this well at all. Then again, the general consensus is that AM is dead.

Wonder when Havelock shuts down AM1 & AM100? After all, that hasn't been paying divs for what, like, a year? And with Mr.fried cat out of the bag... Nah, still some coin to be made
