So no one is going to comment on the several users having X's in their ASIC status area and having under powered units?
Several users being you, and one other person who fixed his. What exactly do you want people to do about it? Chinesesavoir and Mindtrip both had X's in their ASIC status area. And when you have those X's your (guaranteed) hashing power drops. And after changing the voltage, which I've already done to 740, the X goes away but eventually comes back. Now with 2 X's for even less hashing power. What if I wanted to sell in the future and as the specifications indicate 10008GH/s and the unit can't even get to that, then I'm pretty much screwed. I'm just wondering how every is getting 1000TH/s with no problems and I have 6 of them struggling to keep above 950GH/s. I guess I'm just expecting more support and attention like I'm use to with other companies I have purchased from. Are you here as a mascot/cheerleader for Bitmaintech or really here for support purposes? Opentoe - Bitmain has a support system. I'm in the US and have had a bad S3+ board swapped by their folks in Denver. Their system worked perfectly. This thread is not their warranty system, so posting here is not the most effective way to contact Bitmain support. I have been in contact with him for over 2 weeks now. He repeatedly asks me the same questions and has asked me what my order number was three times. Maybe he's real busy, but really could use some help in the support area. The response times are slow and quick worded. Usually it is 3-4 days before I'll hear from him next. I keep hearing about this support place in Denver. Multiple times. How do I contact them? yes can we please get denver contact info again it is scattered somewhere random in 100+ page threads. If I rem. correctly they even have a phone number. As another heads up - Bitmain have recently upgraded their support capabilities, locations etc.. I'd had the pleasure to use their support services recently and I couldnt be happier, they were brilliant More details on their new support contacts (if anyone else needs them) : **************************** Bitmain Technologies Warranty Department 3700 Quebec Street Suite 100239 Denver, Colorado 80207 USA Telephone number: 1-844-248-6246 or for the European Region Bitmain Technologies department 119, 143 kingston road, London, SW19 1LJ, United Kingdom Telephone Number: +44-020-30024099 For US customers Please include our telephone number 1-844-248-6246 on the shipping label. and for the European Region Please include our telephone number +44-020-30024099 on the shipping label.

I know there have been issues but mine has worked well and I'm going to order more. Right now the C1, even with the cooling kit, is less expensive per Gh/s than almost anything else.

Well,no one considered like this before, you could try and see whether the temperature is higher than 8 fans for 4 C1s or 3 fans for 1 C1.Now all the wiring harness is new, could be plugged into board directly. How long is the warranty on the SC-C2 pump? Not sure if I should buy it, because if the pump fails all 4 C1 will be idle. [/quote]Longer than C1's life.

I placed my order for one C1 on November 26, and Bitmain has NOT shipped it out yet; when do you think it will be shipped?
Thank you!

Bitmain is renown for not updating shipping info until long after it's shipped. Give it a few days. M

And that's what I'm using for my C1, since it was under powered for my S2 so I put a bigger one in it.. People like the Corsairs for some reason. I had bad luck with mine. The EVGAs and Rosewill Lightnings are good PSUs and good deals too. M

Because they use high gauge wiring for larger models, are fully modular, are perfectly happy @ 100% load in 50C ambient and have crazy long warranties.

Regardless, Corsairs, Rosewill Lightning, and EVGAs seem to be good. M

Can we say overpriced? M bitmain has the best price and most reliable miners on the market. Especially the s3. It's a tank, ad a beast. @doogie are you saying i should be running the rm1000 because that's what I am running.... It seems like one of the pci-e ports just died so I had to use the last remaining one on the psu. if not what are you saying i should be running? Also I bumped my voltage up to 745 no x's .... 1k-1.1k th
