It shows as already on cgminer 4.6.1, and when I try to upgrade it to the current firmware, I get this:

What system version does it show its on at the moment? Should look like a date.

Quote
- Navigate to System -> Overview and look at "File System Version".

Wed Nov 26 10:27:37 CST 2014

That's the newest one. I'll chase to have it uploaded onto the site.

Just wondering where this updated firmware is... so far I have seen October 29 firmware and now November 26th on units and nothing newer than the original October 16 FW for C1 on bitmain site which is what my units shipped with.....its no wonder how there are so many adverse results from this hardware  Roll Eyes

I ordered 1 C1 on 11-26-2014 and now I regret buying it. I have not received it and my order shows Unshipped as of now (12-1-2014). I should have purchased two S3+'s instead. I'd have received them by now. Is it possible to cancel the order, or modify your order to different miners?

Something is definitely wrong with your order.  I ordered the same day as you and received mine last Wednesday.

I noticed that on the C1 interface they have removed the HW column.  Is it possible to calculate hardware errors from what they give us on the screen?

I don't know how you think you would have received any miner ordered on Wednesday by today on this planet....not to stick up for bitmain but you order on the 26th so IF it shipped in 48 hours and made it to the Friday cutoff (big IF)....you would have a chance to get it by this Wednesday at the earliest depending what part of the world you are in...but back to your unrealistic expectations and reality....your miner will most likely ship today and you should have it by Thursday depending where you live and customs etc.... as for cancelling or modifying your order....its not possible from my past experiences with the company as its already been processed so wait and enjoy your C1 kit its not just cool...its COOOOL  Tongue Cool
I will say its a lot quieter and easier to manage than 2 x S3 once you get it running

How is it possible that you say you received your miners on the 26th, when you ordered them on the 26th?

This may seem odd ... but I ordered mine on 11/24 and I got it on 11/28.  To the east coast of the US.  UPS couldn't decide if it'd be delivered today (12/1) or Fri (11/28).  It flopped back and forth a few times, but it arrived on 11/28.

It's also listed in my Ant monitor.  (See my sig.)

I'm still having issues with getting one of my miners to 1000TH/s. I've increased the voltage, added in three pools as Bitmain requested and this unit just doesn't want to hash where it is supposed to.

Also, anyone notice pressure build up in the loop? I wanted to check my coolant level, so I unscrewed the fill cap and it was like opening a can of soda. I know some pressure is caused by the heat, but these loops aren't made to handle the pressure, right....certainly not the pump.

*1000GH. Screenshots of the miners please.

Yes thats normal. You should typically leave the cap open when first turning on until running at a constant temp before closing.

I have had much better luck maintaining that 1000TH/s performance level once I started powering the Radiator's 3x fans
and the Pump directly from the PSU instead of going thru one of the connectors on the C1 blades.

I'm using a Corsair RM1000
and one of these:

Molex to 3 pin adapter (To use instead of syscooling harness):

Your results may vary.

I was one to suggest http://www.amazon.com/Phobya-4-Pin-3-Pin-Splitter-Connection/dp/B007S3T4O0/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1416652659&sr=8-3&keywords=molex+to+fan    instead of the syscooling harness.  I can confirm it's still working away.

Still no RMA from syscooling.... ordering power and pump was a good decision elsewhere don't wait on syscooling RMA.

I too am using an external PSU to power the fans and pump.

notlist3d was the one who came up with the idea for the Phobya fan board.
Well done.

To me, It doesn't make sense to run noisy fans and a noisy (mechanical) pump
thru one of your digital hashing boards (blades)

Before I even powered up my C1 Miner for the first time, I filled the cooling system
to leak test and I used an external power supply.. to power the cooling system 3x fans and the pump

I figured it would safer then trying to do it hot (live) with a 1000W Power supply
