I have some Bitmain coupons:

1. AntMiner C1 Coupon 50 USD x 8

2. AntMiner S3+ Coupon 50 USD x 8

3. AntMiner S4 Coupon 400 USD x 24

Good through December 15th

I'm not sure what they're worth, send me a message if you're interested.

Nothing, they're given out for free.

new firmware update posted today one of the changes is increased voltage to 760 This is the fix you all are looking for so I suggest anyone with flaky performance on there C1's do this update. I pushed my voltage up to match the new update and my miner is running even better then it was a 745 volts

I don't get it. I flashed the new firmware and my voltage is still the same as it was before I flashed it. I had mine at 0736. Am I supposed to change it manually to 0740 now or something?

Did you shut off the power on the PSU and then turn it back after you completed the flash?

Yes, I power cycled the units after the flash. Why is this 760 voltage important, couldn't the last firmware you enter 760 as well and reboot it? I also think I checked "save settings" so maybe that was it, but my original question remains. Was the old firmware not compatible with 760 or something or had a maximum?

I updated firmware on mine aswell.  Both stayed at the 0725 they were before update.  Is the 076 now what is recommended?

Can you please advise us Dogie what is proper setting after update?

If you were fine on 725, you can stay on 725. The 760 default is just to remove the few % of units which needed a tiny bit more juice for all chips.

Reset button, see if you can find it again at 192.168.1.99, if not reflash the SD with the image in post 2.

whn i setup my c1 for multi pool why am i doing this?

is it for redundancy in case one pool fails? Does the machine seek the fastest pool always? Does it mine all 3 pools at once? Now I am setup with btcguild, bitminer, and slushpool.

It is incase your mining pool goes down, it will mine on 2nd pool, then third.   No this is not mining on all at the same time or is it going on fastest.  You should find fastest (and reliable) and put it in slot 1.

Also I have not tried it.   But if you are wanting to mine multiple at a time this here seems to use quota on antminer's https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=395721

I was sceptic when I was ordering C1 (when the price was above 400), but I must say now after receiving it and running it for two weeks that I am very pleased with it.

no restarts, pump is working fine, very quiet.

I ordered my first c1 yesterday, $375 - 50 coupon + 100 shipping.  Ordered an extra radiator to keep it extra cool that will fit both hopefully in my Corsair Air Carbide 540 case.  http://www.ebay.com/itm/191208931188?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Found this thread after already ordered a C1 Batch 2 back on Nov 26. miner arrived yesterday Dec 4 and cooler kit today.
Trying to decide on psu. I have a Seasonic Platinum 660 that's idle. Better to add another just like it or just breakdown and buy
a gold 1000 of corsair or seasonic. Anyone else using a pair of gold 500/550's?
I'm about spent out.
Thanks.

I waited 3 weeks and nothing... then finally contacted credit card.   I suggest getting a new pump elsewhere and doing syscoolinng rma at same time.  You will be much happier then the downtime with them.

How is the ROI looking given the current price of BTC and C1 miner's actual efficiency per watt observed (not based on any website)
Any one ran numbers based on actual received efficiency of C1 miner and current price and best pool available.

Hi,
I have not had any luck getting my new C1 running.  I have worked with liquid cooling before that is all well and good.
First I am running a 1200W Termaltake   PS with 8 PCI plugs, so I have power.

The instructions for the cooling says to plug it in inside the box, I open the box and well there are no pci plugs in there.
So on here somewhere I read to use a plug on the C1 and only 4 power cables,  So I put only 4 plugs and try to start the miner.  I plug the cooling system into one of the available ports on the C1

I have a s3 so I know that the red light comes on when it is booting then the green light when it is hashing.\

The red light does not come on, the green light does not come on,

The green and yellow lights on the Ethernet cable are flashing that is all.

I am unable to contact it via the interface/  Since its not running that is not surprising.

Sometimes there is a blue light coming through the reset whole. sometimes just a red light from inside the case.

My watt meter says I am drawing a whole 109 watts at the wall.  The fan and the pump are running but the fan inside the C1 is not running

Suggestions

Barbara

Huh Not sure how you still expect them to provide a replacement when you've already refunded your credit card AND paypal payments.
