Simply edit templates/SpaceRacket/index.php. The inside of the page is in <div id="main">, which starts around line 287.

We have this captcha on our TODO list, but our TODO list is looong...

We've already had 2 cases in which the request was blocked when the server detected any html data in POST request and both were resolved by contacting the hosting administator.

I thought I did all the prerequisites correctly.  Apache2, MySQL, and PHP seem to be working correctly.  What am I missing?

Not quite.  I made the mistake of putting faucetinabox-r31/ in /var/www and then made a symlink from /var/www/faucetinabox-r31/index.php to /var/www/index.php.  That symlink wrecked the php code's idea of where things are supposed to be.

You can always do that manually, just edit templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/index.php .
