Someone accidentally sold at 11.47 instead of putting in a buy order?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

oh.. the price of btc is going below 10.
forum is slowing down. bitcoin in google trends is trending down. buying is slowing down.

why would people want to be in btc right now? seriously? gambling i suppose. speculation short term (the dumb).

the only thing keeping this forum busy with posts is the constant scams, asics, and atlas :-P

happy to sell above 10 anytime!

I LOVE the people/bots who always start buying at what the price was before the dump.  Cheesy

Edit: Cue buy order at 11.70 lol

Someone is desperate to keep the price up. It's very confusing because last time this happened too. Remember the buy order at 11.97?

Yeah that is really strange. This person keeps tossing buys in there at 11.7, when they could fairly easily be gotten at 11.6 or lower. I wonder how deep their pockets are

Exact same thing as last time! Rapid buying always seems to happen after a dump. Why does a dump trigger a slight rise in price? Why are these 'people' refusing to buy at $11.70+, unless the price crashes to lower levels first? It makes no since.

imho these guy/guy are buying all BTC since few days before Bitcoin London 2012 Conf, many mil $ was spent to sustain BTC price, maybe foundation hidden angels Smiley  ? so no dip/plunge/purge can be effective if a big player is just play around withus until he/they want. obviously all this is speculation  Grin

hehe...

when people think the price cannot fall much lower they usually post stuff like the above. then they lose enough money
to finally come over to the dark side.

If the guys here really expected that bitcoins would not recover after the plunge (or just dip) - then they would not be here and talk about it (after all there is no shorting now).

3k bid wall at 11.65  Grin
