Im pretty sure at this point we can start a class action
Didn't the new TOS prevent it?-) That means nothing and is up to a judge. Also, they keep changing the tos which will render them all unenforceable. On the contrary, it means quite a lot. In 2011 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled provisions in a TOS prohibiting class action lawsuits as enforceable. This was a case against AT&T. A class action against GAW by its customers will immediately be thrown out due to the Supremem Court ruling. |
