Wow Homero thinks he's a third party escrow wtf
That's because he can be alone and still be in mixed company. Uh... I can be a "man"... I can be a "father"... I can be a "husband"... I can be a lot of different things but I'm still the same person. That is how you can be the 3rd party escrow and participant at the same time.

Agreed, as if crypto wasn't already shady enought, the paycoin scam takes it to another level. Anyone getting involved in this now after 795 threads and thousands of post pointing out this is a full on ponzi scam deserves to lose their money. This will end with lawsuits and hopefully some of the gaw crew getting sent to federal pound-them-in-the-ass-prison. It's obviously bullshit because it doesn't make sense. Now that the $20 price will be "honored" it doesn't make sense for GAW to let the price sit at 5. Every coin they buy at $5 puts $15 back in their pocket. What is the plan to earn that $15 between now and march?
Every coin who buys at $5 puts $15 back into whose pocket? If you buy that coin from GAW at $5, then GAW gets i$5 in cash from you right now, in exchange for agreeing to pay you ten cents per month for 17 years (assuming a million coins go into the vault). If GAW buys a coin from you at 5 dollars, they have 15 dollars that they budgeted to exchange for that coin to do whatever the fuck they feel like. That's why this $20 dollars later is obvious bullshit when the price is so far below 20. That doesn't make any sense. They have all the XPY they need from the premine. More than they could ever sell. If they buy a coin from you at XPY they have more XPY and less cash. If you sell them an XPY on paybase you sell it below the market rate so they can turn around and dump it on the exchange. They aren't budgeting $15 for "that coin" or any coin. According to their plan they are budgeting 20 per coin, I'm pointing out why it's bullshit. It's obvious to people with a brain that this "honor plan" is just kicking the can down the road for 2 more months before they "need" to pay anything. I can't believe people are still willing to put money into this shitshow.

I am still a couple pages back and trying to get caught up so someone else may have already suggested this but by switching to a new forum they have a good excuse for why suddenly every post they ever made was deleted. Could just be cover for their habit of disappearing history.
At the very least it will break all links. We already had that with the migration to NodeBB from Discourse or whatever it was before that. Try finding the original Hashlet announcement.

Wow, up/down/up...now down to $4.33/XPY on Cryptsy... <only a faint sound of crickets in the distance>
Call me a skeptic, but I do not see this latest chapter in the scheme ending well...

"third-party" implies that it's not one of the parties participating in the transaction, so no, you can't.

Don't say that anyone deserves to lose their money.
GAW - debatable, there is a gray area there with the deceptive marketing and what not. Weekly ponzi - absolutely yes, even the name implies you'll lose money, so how can it not be deserved?

That's just false. People that put money into crypto double deserve to lose their money. People that put their money into scams when it's blatantly obvious deserve to lose their money. Paycoin/GAW got there a while ago. It is obvious that this is garbage. There is absolutely no plan to get the coin to 20. There was no proof that hashpoints would be worth anything when people started "mining" them after the cloud mining portion of the scam failed because people stopped "buying" miners that had no proof that they existed. This has scam written all over it. If you lose money please try to get it back, but it's so obvious that it's really hard to feel bad.

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Escrow, unreal, the ponzi keeps going.
Let me get this straight in my head. They want to sell you the coins at the current rate and they're so certain they will be worth 4X more in the future, they will buy them from you years down the road if you put them in escrow.
But, they already have 12M premined coins for free that would be worth that much, there's no need to buy anything!
HAHAHAHHA
What a fucking joke!
It still baffles me that well-thinking, intelligent crypto enthusiast buy into this and want GAW (!) As the central controlling organization for their investment, this is exactly what crypto fights, centralization. The good ideas in the philosophy behind paycoin should be incorporated into bitcoin, we still need the killer app. We need a system where people can get a substantial bonus by registering, when people can use it just like a banking app plus free money then it will really take off!!

Anyone else take issue with Josh "posting" on HT now? It's obvious it's not him writing yet they are using his account....
Isn't this just adding to his already existing bad image?

I was going to add a disclaimer for things like cryptodouble and weeklyponzi but was lazy. Anyway, is someone who invests with gaw with the purpose of suing afterward really blameworthy in a "you deserve to lose money" sense?

Only in our eyes does he have a bad image. To the HT crowd he is God and can do no wrong that's why they're willing to let slide.

Someone posted about it and said this... @GAWCEO I truely believe you should use a different account if you are not writing your own responses. Everyone can tell that your writing level is completely different and it's not you at this point. This alone is misleading and only further perpetuates the already existing issues with you not fulling disclosing and making misleading annoucements. Of course it was deleted within 30 seconds.

Scott-
Know anybody in Belize? I think that exchange is registered there IIRC. Not sure whether the CFTO can regulate an exchange based outside the US like FinCEN or the SEC regulate non-US companies engaging US citizens. EDIT - not saying Cryptsy is physically in Belize - just that they may be registered there and technically subject to exchange laws in Belize and not the U.S.

They should stop the manipulation, not delist xpy. Every alt coin has manipulation.
