Thanks guys. I bet I could just bridge a connection from my laptop to the miner now that I think about it. Mining doesn't take any bandwidth.

Direct connect - cable between laptop and the miner ...and just run stratum proxy .exe on the laptop in the background ...and you will be all set...OK... Grin

PM me if you need more help...this is OFF topic here...

Good luck,

All hashpoints were turned into paycoins. The Genesis block is the only place they could have come from. This was well disclosed.

Our security system uses warm, hot and cold wallets. Our policy is to keep only a small amount of XPY in our hot wallets. When coins are sent out they are sent from a shared pool.

This pool will contain customer coins and investors coins from the genesis block. It also contains deposited coins and coins purchased off the exchanges.

Additionally, all Paycoins sold through credit card go through the following process:
◦Receive confirmation from credit merchant that card has been charged
◦XPY is credit to customer from XPY pool
◦Funds settle at the end of the day
◦3-5 Days later, funds become available
◦FIAT is then transferred to BTC broker
◦Once funds settle with broker, BTC is sent to our wallet
◦The BTC received is then used to purchase XPY from an exchange to replenish the XPY pool

The credit process will be changing with the next paybase update.

Am I reading this right - they put the supposedly escrowed investors' coins and customers' coins into Paybase's hot and/or warm wallet to be used as GAW's own reserve. How would that make any sense?

Are there any ASICs for SHA256 or scrypt that can be used wireless? I think maybe buying a cheap asic to use at work with free electricity for ~6 hours a day would be ok. It shouldn't draw too much power to be noticed, it just has to be wireless. Maybe even if there is such a thing as a usb scrypt miner? I typically use a VPN at work. Suggestions? This is the most active thread. Anywhere else sucks ass to try to get questions answered.

I had S1's running wireless, god those were fantastic miners, just ran with no issues for 4 months, sucks to have sold them   Sad

Underclocked can get 1 watt per GH,not the greatest, but they are VERY stable....& cheap on ebay   Wink

And I thought all premined coins were either locked into the prime controllers or given to hashpoint miners. /s

BTC has been selling off and in a bear market for over a year, I'm not sure why anyone would think otherwise.  Now $195 has been broken, $108 is possible and $65 in the view. I've been screaming on the chatrooms to get into cash for several days.

https://www.tradingview.com/v/ZkiPdhMr/

Back on topic as for paycoin, that turd isn't worth $20, $2, 20 cents or even 2 cents.

Sell everything and sit in cash until this market corrects.

This little crash hopefully will create some new opportunity's for the small miners again, and some yard sale priced mining gear, hell may go back to CPU mining BTC one day  Grin  (Still have a bunch of GPUs too) lol

Actually I think some will scarf up BTC at these prices,,, Look at the stock market crash 2007-2008 and now it is and has been in record breaking territory. So a lot can change and quickly. Definitely to soon to say.

he wont buy that shitcoin back. he will make another excuse why it cant be done. the buyback promise was just another way to push the inevitable. even if he does go through with the 5k coins/month or whatever the number was, you dont get the money right away. paybase will get Mt Gox'd. some insider will leave a port open and wallah.....

The next few days and weeks are really going to get interesting.... I think we will see contract/cloud hashing go first, then the smaller exchanges will halt trading or simply shut heir websites down. Assuming of course no unexpected huge rise in BTC price. As far as paycoin? I think its already toast, just can't get the last remaining followers to see that and now its really to late for most of them to get out, that ship has sailed. They will go down with their ship and Captain Garza, well I expect he will grab the first lifeboat ahead of women and children   Cheesy

Scroll down to the 5th row of faces, there's your boy, looks like something out of a yearbook pic. Maybe geegaw can make something out of this pic as well  Grin

Charles “Charlie” Shrem IV is going to jail for two years so I wonder what he will be talking about...hmmm... Roll Eyes

At least Garza will have some good company.

Scott-

OK, 5th row, scrolling, aha! There he is, the Smirking Scammer. Hmmm. Am I the only one who noticed who else is in this same row of attendees? Coincidence?

And, no, I don't mean the egghead who looks like he is trying to channel Bill Gates' hairdo...

Someone should tell Josh that fauxhawks don't work for people with pear shaped heads.
