This whole thing is still going strong. I wonder how long it will last. Or how long people will still paying into it?
i Now how on earth it is still keeping alive and not delisted of the exchanges is something else i dont understand Not understand it also. I guess the exchanges know damn well this is a fraud, they are not stupid and not blind. But they make trading fees, that´s why they close both eyes and supporting the fraud until PayCoin is dead.

I hate to say it, but there is a way he could pull his chestnuts out of the fire... I won't post it publicly, but if anyone sends me a pm, i'll send you some info. I would like to know if it would work or not.
(yes, and I know that request isn't creepy at all... but there is no way I'm posting a solution for him to read... and I'm only going to respond to people with a posting history that is compatible with my concerns)
Does it involve plastic surgery? You raise an interesting point. All that he had to do was start a new business and not let anyone know that he is running it. BUT he is too full of himself, too narcissistic to have the willpower and/or restraint. It is not in his psyche to do that. He already had this chance with the mineral thing and obviously he couldn't survive without thoroughly explaining how he's totally not involved with it and without being an admin on the new forum (which is still "Integrating accounts", whatever that means). Suchmoon: has there been any official statement about XPY from Bittrex or Cryptsy? At what point will they de-list them? These two exchanges would have most of the answers if they were to divulge them.

With a current 24 hr volume of 713 BTC and XPY contributing to about 23% of that... I don't see XPY going away, no matter what happens, as long as it's up at the top of the volume list. XPY alone brought them about .4 BTC in fees over the past 24 hours... not bad...

Seems like PayCoin is dying, the inevitable end is very soon lol Get out while you can. Yes, looks like all the defensive buywalls got eaten and not replaced. I'm guessing it's ok to defend to a point but when you can no longer support a price then let if fall. Can't see many people wanting to but at 0.0018 so expect further falls until buyers come in. There weren't many over the last week hence the low volume, perhaps a sign that this was a supported price? Looks good to me. The scamshitcoin will be priced at its true vaeyElue soon - which is less than 1 satoshi. Maybe 1 dogetoshi. shitcoin going to 1 satoshi........im sweeer Should I hold or sell? Dont have much but still, 1 BTC is 1 BTC. What I do not understand is if there is actually investigation against GAW, why is every bit of info so top secret. I thought USA is the bastion of transparency. https://www.scribd.com/doc/260708659/Securities-and-Exchange-Commission-Subpoena-of-GAW-Miners

Hmmm... would be funny if it wasn't that sad. MrClowns and some fellow vile wastes of oxygen got their blinky toy from homero, Homero could dump some more 100k XPY into the hashtards bags - how could you say that coinstand did not work exactly as intended

Cause if they scammed their clients, where is a solution for the problem, punishment? Do not get me wrong, I understand GAW scammed their clients but nothing s being done about it and as it seems now, they re distancing themselves from Paycoin.

This is the scary thing... I'm sure those initial invites were the cream of the crop from a GAW-worship perspective and now they're openly complaining on a forum that USED to delete all bad posts and ban users. AND...What in the world? Order screws up and they get an email for trouble ticket, then hear nothing for 5 days... who would ever do any business with a company like that if they weren't desperate to spend their XPY? AND, that's with how many users? Maybe 12? Maybe 20? And, they're going to invite 500 people a day for how long? That is going to be a total cluster. Bet CoinStand is going to suddenly be 'updating accounts' for a couple days (weeks?) in the near future :-)

They are doing something. It took them weeks (months?) to put together a case to take for approval to issue those documents. Then, GAW will have a period of time to reply and I'm sure their attorney will ask for an extension. So, if they had a month initially, that would have been till mid March... if they asked for an extension, that is likely till mid April... then the SEC has to go through all the material received in response to that request and other subpenas... and build their case. They'll also be doing interviews. It takes time to investigate and, unlike shooting someone in a park, fraud requires a lot more time to go through all of the documentation and available materials. BUT, thanks to crypto currency and the fact that they were too lazy to run their own email system... most of what they need is not under GAW control. The emails are all (mostly?) on google's servers, his phone has it's own trail, and both BTC and XPY block chains are public. Garza can try to distance himself all he wants, but that won't change what he's done in the past. They're not investigating what he might do in the future, they're investigating what he DID do in this last year.

The agencies are not quick, but relentless.. it will take some time, but they won't forget Homero And GAW/Homero can distance themselves as much as they want, that will only fool the hashtards a.k.a. "those who wear their underpants on their head" (R.I.P. Sir Terry), not somebody with at least a couple of functional brain cells.

An interesting read about Tony Musso, a con artist I knew personally. He totally reminds me of Josh. I had totally forgotten about him, but I looked up the case to see if it was brought on by the SEC and sure enough! Unfortunately his punishment was he could not own or run a business in the USA for 10 years. Guess what he did? He moved to Hong Kong! https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/comp17888.htmSome highlights: 1. Defendants raised at least $10.5 million from over 770 investors nationwide who purchased stock in NSS and AWC sold through a group of unlicensed sales agents affiliated with Franchise Direct, Inc. ("Franchise Direct") a South Florida boiler room operation. Doesn't this sound familiar? High pressure tactics and constant advisement not to sell even though things are looking bad? 2. Franchise Direct has never been registered with the Commission as a broker-dealer or in any other capacity. Doubt GAW is registered either 3. He gave away 100 shares of free stock to entice investors. GAW did this countless times 4. the sales agents had sham titles of vice-president of either NSS or AWC Wow, this sounds familiar? 5. and made egregious misrepresentations and omissions, comparing investments in both companies to investments in successful Internet companies such as AOL, eBay and Amazon.com. OH, the old Amazon trick! 6. "guaranteed" a 200% return on their investment in the event of an initial public offering ("IPO"). $20 a coin sounds pretty familiar? I won't bore you, but I could go on and on. Long story short, it took about a year to make up a case against this guy and stop him. It was another 2 or 3 years in 2004 when they made final judgement against him. This may be a long road, but they will get him.

Any reason to hold paycoin now? ( archive) is quite an entertaining thread. Some reasons people give to still hold paycoin: * Price can't drop any more now. Upside is much higher than downside now. * Paycoin has features no other coin has, and other coins are scrambling to catch up but they're too far behind. [Features unspecified] * Paycoin is faster than Bitcoin, and Bitcoin only gets slower as it gets older. * Look at the big picture. Great things going on behind the scenes. Things that are right around the corner. 30 days max.

An interesting read about Tony Musso...
Wow, I could provide links to each of your points where garza paralleled these tactics. Including one where he claimed that you could 'easily make six figures mining bitcoin'... my first thoughts were (a) is that with an investment of nearly seven figures, (b) is he counting the two digits after the decimal point, and (c) is this in a year or over the next century? The more research I've done, the more sad I get for the bulk of his victims because his tactics are SO CLEAR in hind sight, yet I can see how he knew just how and when to play them. It's hard to figure out if he's a psychopath or just got lucky... because he really doesn't appear to be very intellectually bright and he's technologically nearly a complete idiot. The saddest part is, that if he gets busted out of the tech industry... he's probably going to end up a politician. So, right now, I'm REALLY hoping that he runs to Hong Kong instead.

I love the comparisons of coinstand and purse.io
They are completely different
coinstand is offering 20% discount - this comes directly out of the owners of constands pocket. Either they sell for a loss at market value, or gamble on the chance of a steady incline in price every few weeks, allowing them to temporarily hold coins and sell for similar price they were exchanged for or a little bit more.
This is completely flawed in a few ways , for one, for it to be economically viable you need to assume that the value rises at a constant rate for practically ever , if not , the company cannot sustain itself. It just isn't going to happen
Purse.io doesn't give you any extra value, you gain the extra value from other people wishing to exchange bitcoin or buy amazon products. then purse acts as an escrow and takes a fee from that escrow.
Purse.io has zero costs for the items that are being sold on their website but make money on every single trade.transaction within their system . Coinstand has a constant 20% deficit. losing 20% of value instantly on selling you any item.
As you can see one is economically viable , one is a train wreck waiting to happen.
What is even funnier is, If paycoin had simply copied purse.io , they would have a solid business , ability to buy anything on amazon AND the ability to buy paycoin with credit cards and other means. solving 3 problems with 1 website

https://hashtalk.org/topic/35750/if-paybase-was-shut-down-by-doj-there-would-be-a-doj-fbi-message-on-the-homepage/14If Paybase was shut down by the DOJ they would have taken control of the domain paybase.com. They would have replaced the homepage with a page that says Paybase was seized by the DOJ or that the FBI was investigating or whatever.
Since the homepage is normal we can be assured that the articles are false.
Are you all such lemmings that you believe everything you read in the "false" media?
Then further down, some asks GAWCEO directly if he's being investigated by SEC... no response yet. Since this document ( http://www.scribd.com/doc/260708659/Securities-and-Exchange-Commission-Subpoena-of-GAW-Miners ) explicitly states "investigation" into GAW Miners, LLC ... wonder how he'll spin it? Some on there said that it's a GOOD thing he's being investigated because that means that he's big enough for them to care about what he's doing. Now, that's such a cute way of looking at it... bet the SEC wishes EVERYONE felt that way when they're investigated.

I have officially resigned from my duties @ gaw. DOJ is true they have come in and even confiscated my personal macbook air and galaxy note 4 mobile so yes i am going to take charges against gawminers, they even owe me for the last 4 for my work , the news has gone out to investors also and they are also taking action against gaw , sec have found hundreds of forged documents/emails. Matlack is also part of the scam and he is the sole owner of at east 5 prime controllers without paying a single cent. april 8 is when everything shuts down. Once I get my macbook back if i do i will post some documents that i saved which will show everyone the amount of corruption. i am being served to provide evidence against gawminers at court however received countless threats from gawminers in relation to this i am heading to police to ask for protection until the court time is up. when the price of paycoin goes down garza makes an announcement to bring the price back up everytime. in reality there is and will not be any new features uptades if you are reading this right now convert all your paycoin to btc whilst you can and move on because in the next few day price will hit 0.000001, we were forced to get paid in paycoins at the start so in the end all the work i have done costed them $86 where it should be $10000 range
very sad Jake
