Typical Sociopathic Scumbag Con Man behavior, trying to deflect blame and make it look like he did not intentionally plan to defraud everyone all along. Never mind the Email's where he explicitly states that he knows full well that there is no possible way to deliver on what he was promising for Paycoin, and decided to go ahead and rip people off and squeeze every nickle out of them he possibly could, repeatedly lying and getting them to dig deeper and deeper into their pockets over a period of months.
This guy is a total and absolute scumbag fraudster all the fucking way. These imbecilic children still worshiping him after all of this deserve what they get, but there are many hundreds of people defrauded by this lying scumbag who certainly did not.
P.S: There is also the "small detail" about Josh openly laying out his plan to defraud people by luring them into his web with hardware sales and then switching to full Ponzi "Cloud Mining", and then Paycoin was this fucking fraudsters solution to get out of the collapse of his fraudulent Ponzi operation.

All they have to do is look back over his history... if he put so much into that paycoin, how did he afford a private plane to vegas? They run around $6k/hr to operate, not sure how much you pay to rent one... but dang, if I were one of those 'major investors' I'd be completely pissed right now. |

These are the HT members who got the "Paycoin Origin" badge and the corresponding hashlet. Think Daffy, rootdude, Gava, etc, basically most of them left in the big exodus wave in January-ish. Josh later took their badges away, replaced it with "Paycoin Innovator", and blamed "the 19" for Paycoin failures even though many of the 19 actually tried to make it work. |

Sounds like he is setting up to 'cop a plea' where however it works with the SEC get fined and penalized without admitting guilt or having done anything wrong or whatever the legal routing for that is. So he is apologizing to his flock in advance when the news breaks he's been fined and restricted in his 'business' activities .... but of course never intending to defraud anyone...
