Phone number in Bellevue, WA, USA. It seems they are struggling with this newfangled transparency thing. Right @suchmoon, real smart to leave my real number for you all guys to call me. Why don't you post your mobile while you're at it and we post it on HT? See how it feels being attacked for once. Are you threatening me? No worries, your buddy Garza has done plenty of that and see where that got him. How about you start with posting those TX IDs for the FastXPY challenge bounty? You don't become honest and transparent by incessantly posting on a forum how honest and transparent you are. You just behave like an honest and transparent person/business, it's as simple as that. As for my phone number... my customers have it, along with my REAL business address and plenty of other personal contact information. Nobody attacked me yet, there must be a reason for that. So cut the crap. I'm not the one taking "people's money" to a supposedly offshore website, you are.

Can you put down the tinnies and translate this gobbledegook into English please: It seems their not as bright to look up to see that HK was indeed registered first and the UK company is just for the office in the UK. 1. Hong Kong is XPY Limited 2. UK is Mineral International Limited Web site is trading under the UK registered name. The UK company that is just for the office in the UK is called Mineral International Limited, the name under which the exchange is trading. What does "just" mean in this instance?

End of the day - the project is a few days old, getting attacked as we are now is out of order - I know you have your personal vendetta against Garza so take it up on him and not me. If any of you want to talk to me let me know, or come visit me in Australia instead of bashing a guy without any real evidence.
The project was first announced as a pre-announcement picture which therefore leads one to believe that Mr. Garza was involved in this new few days old project before it became a few days old project... Because of this, you are associated with him and his currently and massively (in my opinion) failing company/coin. Either deal with it or prove beyond a reasonable (and by reasonable I mean deemed reasonable by a non-hashtalk member) doubt that Mr. Garza is not in any way associated with your exchange.

Yes it's called a Registrar Service Provider which can be located anywhere in the World. Ditto.
Dude... your registrar, joker.com, is a German company. They don't need an HK address to register .com domain names. I'm in the US and for a long time all my domains were registered by 1&1 while they were still only Germany based... they had NO US office at that time and my servers all sat in Germany... so, not buying it :-)

Why in the world would you keep mineral up as obviously it is very tainted yet only a few days after launch. If I were you I would scrap it and start over with a different name completely not associated with gaw. Take anything gaw gave you and give him the finger like he has done to everyone else.

I would suggest that you do an interview with Mike Johnson of coinfire.io; if he is willing to do it.

Wait... the principle is in Australia, the regestrar German, the HQ UK, the operating center HK, and they're trading imaginary money (securities) on a global scale... I think you need to call the tooth fairy for insurance on that mess.

So Mineral plans on being an exchange connected somehow to the UK? This will be interesting as I am currently working closely with a leading legal (crypto specialists) company as my business is in similar fields and as such we have had to tread very carefully with licensing and what we can and can't do within legal/license parameters when handling, buying and selling BTC and digital currency.
We are also working with a few exchanges/processors so have a clear understanding of whats required to make this all work.
KYC and AML being the most obvious ball-aches and something that for some reason gets mentioned so rarely here by people who are planning to take over the world with their grand visions. Now, remotely operating a business of this nature? Good luck, you may need it. The regulatory requirements alone will have you jumping through hoops. And don't try to launch a service without the right paperwork, cardinal sin and worthy of a real ass kicking from the law...

Interesting insight. Josh and his new buddy Phil, however, have the advantage that they don't give a fuck about regulatory requirements. I would bet every paycoin I own that Josh couldn't tell us what those KYC/AML acronyms even mean (j/k I don't have any fucking paycoin).

Ah isn't that sweet I vaguely remember your name from the Alpha Tech thread. While we and several others were informing you that it was all a scam way back when, you were posting this: I'm very optimistic and liking how this is going so far, I'm just glad I pre-ordered and not listened to the trolls. The Scrypt market is going to be big in 2014-2015 and getting first dips on ASIC hardware will be a massive advantage. How sad you got it all wrong back then.

Yes, but why trade as in do business under the UK company name and not the Hong Kong company name. Or even simpler why did you not register Mineral International Limited in Hong Kong from day one.
