I recall seeing a "Bad Loans" section on BTClend before, but it seems to be gone. If you delete the threads about failed loans, that means they never happened, right?

P.S: How could anyone think that using something that loses ~50% of it's value per month (Paycoin) as collateral would result in people defaulting on loans instead of repaying them?

Someone who collects a fee for the service but doesn't risk his own capital. Wonders of peer-to-peer lending to anonymous scammers.

And now "someone" is creating the collateral (Lendcoin) out of thin air. Not sure what's more incredible here - cmilian's brazen "style" or that someone actually gives him money.

Speak of the Devil... A post just popped up from a BTCLend borrower saying he wanted to walk on his loan collateralized with XPY  instead of repaying it because XPY was now worthless (duh) and Carmelo turned his loan over to a collection agency.

They even went further, absolutely certain that this new obvious scam would also resurrect the previous scam they were burned on, and actually make it legitimate and not a scam. Shocking that such well placed confidence failed to work out. This was when I only suspected that Cmilian would dump any collateral coins he got immediately. Now we know that is precisely what he did. Over the next weeks it quickly became apparent that there were several angles being worked in the BTCLend scam. Then it was confirmed that Garza was involved from the inside out , followed by the open mass dumping of XPY from the loan collateral & the XPY stake thingie , the blowups and bannings of cmilian on the Paycoiner forums, hacks, thefts, etc etc, and this operation has proven itself repeatedly to be the obvious scam that was predicted.

P.S: This was written when I was giving cmilian the benefit of the doubt that he was actually trying to run a legitimate business, which would obviously tank hardcore. It turns out the whole thing was pure scam. I think the #1 purpose it served was locking up XPY to extend the maximum profit dumpage window. There has also been a fuckload of XPY from known GAW/Garza premine sources that looks to have just been perhaps passed through BTCLend wallets to help launder it as well as several hundred thousand customer deposited XPY that were dumped during the staker scam (shorting scam).

If they thought it was a challenge trying to sue Garza for fraud, it will be quite near impossible to sue Marcello which is neither his real name, nor likely in Brazil.
