There is a town south of Houston named Pattaya? Ummm ok close enough for rock n roll... that is where he is from time to time.  Wink No reason to spook him, let him think he is laying low in Pattaya Texas!

Why? Spooking him might yield some entertainment. Perhaps he'll do something utterly stupid to deny he's there. So Mr. Garza, if you happen to be in Pearland/Friendswood - rest assured, we're watching you.

Well yes as tempting of a thought as it may be to spook him... you have to remember the Mexican border is an easy 5 or 6 hour drive. We wouldnt want him to panic and go there now would we?

Meh. He can drive all the way to Brazil for all I care. I'm sure wherever he ends up he'll get what's coming for him one way or another. Hashking FTW.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Why are you avoiding conversation for making me choose?
I like knights but we are not allowed to kill people anymore, at least not in Europe.

Did you not get enough oxygen in utero ? I'm having extreme difficulty understanding how one can give off the air of being denser than a Neutron Star.

This is OT.

Taking the provocation: why thinking about a woman makes you think about starts? Are you able to look a woman in the eyes?

You unwittingly made this thread about yourself when you revealed your unbelievable ignorance, re: "I wasn't scammed, merely lost faith !"

Paycoin is a waste of people's time. Period. This thread is one of the richest comedy goldmines on these forums right now, and you're digging deep !

It's arguable you, yourself, derailed this thread with your outrageous statement where you failed to recognize that you were scammed by the Paycoin scheme.

Now, let's cut the OT and ask my question: do you think taking the piss on people is right?

Reply if you can.

Thank You.

PS: people in this thread made me taking out this question, I had no problems with this question before.

Yes. If someone is instrumental in perpetrating a blatant multi-million-dollar scam, yes, I'd say they are deserving of the most scathing invective and internet shaming before legal authorities slowly work to build cases for prosecution.

Don't EVER fuck with other people's money, flaunt it, and expect to get away with it.

Authorities needs to build cases? Cases they do not need to be built: they exist or they do not exist.

Why are you trying to justify authorities having nothing in their hands?!?

Don't EVER fuck with other people's money, flaunt it, and expect to get away with it.

That's common sense: it has to do with Christianity not calculation of value.

Overall: that's an answer I do understand it and thank you for not making me lose time for most of it: it took 6 hours in this thread to have a clear answer on an argument.

Probably here there is confusion as you are the first person to reply to my question, so apologies for having you taking care of everything I just don't like people taking the piss on people.

Thank You.

It was not a scam

... says you, in the face of overwhelming evidence in this thread.

Authorities needs to build cases? Cases they do not need to be built: they exist or they do not exist.
Why are you trying to justify authorities having nothing in their hands?!?

A strong case for securities fraud exists with the Paycoin scheme.

Homero Joshua Garza already had a default judgement of $346,746.29 for scamming his power company - Mississippi Power Company v. GAW Miners, LLC

Where am I "trying to justify" that authorities have nothing on their hands ? Quite the contrary. It's right there in this thread if you read from the beginning.

The Federal legal system moves slowly to build cases. See Federal Trade Commission v. BF Labs, Inc. et al for example.

Look at the graph. Future says worthless and useless altcoin. Doubt that will change. Cheesy

The one thing that keeps sticking in my mind, is what if there was never an SEC investigation. It seemed Josh was always quick to threaten people

that the reason he can't do stuff is the SEC are watching. What if he was just using this to scare people when it was never actually an issue? This

could be possible right?

that the reason he can't do stuff is the SEC are watching. What if he was just using this to scare people when it was never actually an issue? This

could be possible right?

SEC investigation exists because of the number of credit card chargebacks against his failed cloudmining scheme that promised to always be profitable and when it wasn't and no one received their hardware but instead were forced to receive hashpoints in which they could convert for much less. There is also the charity 9/11 rememberme hashlets, false advertising (claiming direct partnerships), withholding customers funds within PayBase, the $20 floor which was guaranteed (which makes it securities fraud) and then evidence of selling directly into the market while simultaneously encouraging people to buy based on false promises (such as Coinstand). Then you can also count the power company case that was defaulted on, the ongoing lawsuit with more than 500 participants, and another dozen or so smaller scams.

You think a thread with 41,700 replies, 1.3 million views, more than 30 additional threads along with several dozen major news articles has not tipped off the authorities in any way whatsoever?

Authorities needs to build cases? Cases they do not need to be built: they exist or they do not exist.

Why are you trying to justify authorities having nothing in their hands?!?

The case exists, but it is shredded into thousands of little pieces spread across endless emails, forum posts, phone calls, blockchains, bank transfers, etc, etc.  This all needs to be put together in a coherent story to show to a jury before any charges are filed.  That takes a long time.

Look how long it took for authorities to piece together a case for Mark Karpeles.  It could be years before charges are filed against Garza or anyone else involved.

Unfortunately, we don't have videotaped evidence of Josh rubbing his hands together and laying out piece by piece every step of his master plan like a Scooby Doo villain.  Not that he ever had a master plan from the get go, he isn't smart enough to think things though.  He just cobbled shit together as he went along.

"Oh, we can't legally or technically prevent other exchanges from trading XPY?  I'll be damned.  Maybe I should actually read into how this crypto-currency thing works before getting too deep into this business.  Some day I surely will.  For now, I need to rally my cult into supporting the 20$ floor for me because the CAF was a lie and I am such a raging narcissist that I am sure they will believe me!"

Pretty much every major decision he made regarding XPY was just this deep.
