The funny thing is that everyone thinks I'm not on their side (the exact opposite of optimal). I've been called a troll in ht for asking for msb numbers https://hashtalk.org/topic/24461/can-we-see-the-registration-as-msb, I've been yelled at on reddit for pointing out inaccuracies in a post https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/2q8eyd/the_truth_about_paycoin/cn4avtm (to be fair I've been downvoted in reddit for much less, and you make back any karma on your upvoted posts), and I've been called a shill here. It seems that most people here aren't too interested in rational discussion (with several exceptions like suchmoon and inbitwetrust) and so if I post a well-reasoned rebuttal to a poorly researched claim then people only notice that I'm "on gaw's side". I wish everyone thought of themself as on the truth's side.

Ikeboy, you've agreed with me on everything I've said once I supply you with the proof I've already based my decisions on. Albeit you post about things which you don't completely research or understand, such as merchant's ToS, which I have read through and spotted what GAW is breaking with it's plugin it bought or copied off ZincSave, you do a good job of questioning certain things. You just rarely question them in the other direction.

EDIT: By the way, that article is wrong. Don't believe everything on the internet I've been with crypto for at least a year now. There have been uncountable PoW-PoS coins.

I think its likely that josh will come through as a hero late tonight, launch Paybase, and magically have more of those rare and elusive hashstakers that keep selling out available to XPY. Ethereum was originally planed to do a IPO- PoW to TaPos but Vitalik settled upon PoW
There may have been one other small alt that made the transition but I forget the name.

4)  Huge dump of paycoin will occur when people realize #3 is true.

So if Amazon were going to be accepting crypto via paybase wouldn't they themselves have mentioned something maybe even hype it a little like Microsoft did when they announced they would be accepted Bitcoin via Bitpay and why wouldn't they just do what Microsoft did and accept Bitcoin instead of going with an alt-coin.  It just doesn't add up.

The article is not wrong, but it's about a coin that was originally POW and decided to become POS. Apples and oranges. Paycoin was already cloned from a POW/POS coin and hardforks were entirely their own doing. Many altcoins are POW/POS, certainly not a new concept.

Why are you trying so hard to find a way to justify obvious lies? Better focus on actual fact checking. It's really easy to look up Peercoin and find that it was introduced in 2012.

Next launch or buy an exchange. It's the exclusive exchange for exchanging betcoin. Carefully control price and volume.

Then launch online casino that only accepts betcoin. Give huge deals like 100%-300% betcoin bonus on deposit (you own the whole ecosystem so you can do whatever the hell you want). Make sure this is a killer casino with splashy graphics and market the shit out of it. Offer better deals than anyone.

People who want to play will have to go to the exchange to buy. People who want to cash out have to go through the exchange as well. And you are in control of it all. You can carefully control volume and price and throw deals at customers if there's too much cashing out going on...

Keep this going for a few years.. All this time you are slowly selling off your 1 billion betcoins for as much as possible. All the money you make from your casino is just a bonus.
