I personally believe (though I might disagree with many) in that refunds should also compensate for a change in BTC/USD value (which has caused a loss, among many that PBMining "pledges" to fix).

Please Refund Full amount. I know this is a long shot but would like to get it in here.
Thanks
Pleeeeease stop these useless, nonesense posts. Do you think you can simply state your customer # here, choose some amount at your discretion (like "refund full amount", why not, yeah..) and Jason will send it to you? The only effect your post has is that it will annoy all of us who monitor this thread for news, non-trivial opinions etc. thank you...if everybody start posting that nonsense, the thread gonna blow up..

Way to make an exit. Please tell me more about how personal threats reduced payouts of a mining farm , because that totally makes sense. This makes me feel extremely sorry for people that put money in this scheme.

Well, if anyone at PB is listening, I would like to say this about my current situation:
We took money out of our savings to buy GH/s with PB. With that being said, the weekly payouts have become part of our overall income. Now that we have been stripped of that it hurts a lot. We have a LOT of money tied up here. Yes, there are a lot of angry people out there but we sincerely hope that we ALL are refunded our money. Too bad too - I have been a huge supporter of PB for a long time, I have referred people to PB and they have invested a lot of money as well - and this of course makes me and the rest of the referral "partners" look pretty bad to our friends who have peeled off a lot of money to sign up. This really sucks bad.

For over a month on the site you were told not just by me but by a lot of people this was a ponzi, but would you believe it ...NO, the golden goose was still laying eggs so you turned a deaf ear.I have been on this site since last spring and so many people just send guys money without doing any due dilligence. One man got three debit cards from a rogue on here with a bounty on his head and loaded them with 2500 usd each 5 days later they were blocked and he lost everything.I now am convinced its not the rich in the US that have money but the loonies.

Are you going to feel sorry for the people that click the link in your signature and end up getting scammed there too?

Unfortunately the extreme harassment and threats since the posting of a Facebook profile with friends/family information has lead to some horrible losses thanks to some very shady people with unreasonable demands. This is an attempt to reach out and give customers what is left, even if it means liquidating personal assets to help. I will start the process now of looking at customers on a case-by-case basis and doing what I can to help. Any refunds in December will be aimed at those who have suffered "extreme" losses due to reduced payout. I will begin to look at the remaining majority of accounts in January.
Questions may go unanswered for awhile, but that is because there is a lot of work to do. Please be patient. Unfortunately it will be impossible to make everyone happy but a very honest attempt will be made.
For those who are wondering, the owner is not laughing all the way to Mexico. Losses have been substantial due to complete invasion of privacy and some very harsh blackmail that followed thereafter, involving thoughts of suicide over some matters, but there will be a strong attempt to make things right even if it is unsuccessful.
Username Hash Rate (GH/s) Account Balance Total Paid Out Customer # 22537 112856 0.34570144 158.85065446 DE001 84621 0.25921175 164.41390964 These are the two highest profiles on PBMining, Customer # 22537 has been known as Pluto10 but recently changed settings to hide username and DE001 had a previous name which escapes me, Could they be owned by the owners of PB? Food for thought as I'm watching my lack of BTC income. I do not understand why they have had to skim down to 10%?? Are they paying off the bribe weekly by skimming? If so, could we see rewards go back to 100% and how long would this last, I would rather one or two skimmed payments over absolutely nothing but this does not mean for one second that I am ok with this. I have money invested in PB too just like many do and I would hate to see it go *poof*

I'm down the hole for 9.25BTC which is seriously annoying as I've been pouring the payouts from my other contracts into PB.
As we now know, there is either no mining hardware or very little of it ... I suspect the later. I suggest the 10% of expected returns relates directly to the actual amount of physical hardware owned or leased or rented or borrowed by PB. The other 90% is fictitious and relies on a continual inflow of BTC to fund the weekly payouts ... Hence it is a pyramid scheme, a ponzi.
We may see some return on funds invested but, I suspect it will be inline with the current mining yield ... expect 10% or less of initial investment to be refunded. And that will only happen if the federal or whatever authorities don't swoop in and freeze all the accounts and funds pending inquiries, investigations etc.
It sucks doesn't it ... ho ho ho ... yeah right !

The company is registered in Canada and he is in Europe, the CIA could not get him so dont blow money on lawyers. For those living in the US the IRS treat it as property so you claim a loss on your taxes.

According to pbmining their current hash rate is 4284 TH/s which at the current difficulty of 40007470271 works out around 53.85BTC p.day. If they are skimming and holding 90% this works out at 48.46BTC p.day they are gaining from skimming, it needs stopping, but how?

This equates to approx $16,500 to put it into fiat currency.......PER DAY!!
