FWIW i have a couple of contracts under a couple of names and they both got payments last night.  Both were 60Ghz and got 0.000242 each.  Roughly 10% of what they got last week.  A couple for 5 or 6 Ghs did not.  I think the amounts were probably what the formula was predicting.

Silly question, but was there some sort of EULA/contract we had to agree to stating what the terms were when we signed up?  I don't remember one.  If we can't actually say "this is what was agreed between us and Jason" then I'm not sure what sort of claim we have?

So the 5 and 6Ghs were frozen last week but the 60Ghs got a payout this week.  Anyone with less than 50 or 10 Ghs get a payout?  I wonder what the cut off point is?

Could he still be paying out to cover his backside?  All the while he is delivering (albeit at a reduced rate) he is still in business and we have less of an argument.

yeah i also think he is planning in that way, BUT we pay for full GHS and not 10% of these GHS. It is still illegal

Am I right guessing the 5 and 6 GHs contracts where much older than the 60GH ?

As for the original contract, here ya go:

Quote
There are no mining pool fees to the customer. We cover our own mining fees from our pool workers which the customer will never have to see.

Instead, the customer is payed based on this fixed formula, taken right from our PHP script:

$per24 = ($totalHashingPower * 25 / $difficulty) * (60 * 60 * 24 * 65535 * pow(10,6) / pow(2,48));

This formula is standard with all Bitcoin Profit Calculators.
https://bitcointa.lk/threads/pb-mining-5-year-mining-contracts.238321/page-7#post-4610327

The post was later edited and replaced with "A+B=C" or something along those lines, but you cant just retroactively change a contract.

The 5 was my original toe in the water.  The 6 was much newer than the 60 but was a piggy back bonus.

I would imagine that like most countries including here in New Zealand the police force is a blunt instrument of state.
Given the potential scale of the alleged offending, I believe the investigation would best be handled by an appropriate Government body.

New Zealand has two ... The Serious Fraud Office who deal with primarily criminal fraud of large scale and value and The Commerce Commission who deal with corporate illegality and crime.
I imagine that there are similar bodies in Canada who will have far wider powers of investigation than the local police would. That is where we should direct our complaints.

Is there a Canadian here with some knowledge to share ?

RCMP Anti-fraud would be the highest you could go, aside from contacting CSIS which would not be suitable for this.

RCMP is the Canadian equivalent to the FBI, I guess. Smaller towns have RCMP as city police, but they are actually federal police.

You could try contacting his MP or MPP, but it probably wouldn't be very helpful.

The other way I guess would be to contact the head office of the RCMP and ask them where they think you should direct your call. Another option would be to call "crimestoppers" though I'm not sure if that would be of much help. Contacting the BBB is useless, but if he has a real business in Saskatchewan you might be able to contact his local Chamber of Commerce.

I'm just coming up with anything that might help at this point. RCMP are the best people to contact in this situation. Unless you know some Warriors, he definitely doesn't want them looking for him.

Wow, you must be a psychic, considering that saying a ponzi will fail soon, is like saying the sun will rise in the am.

Thanks to everyone who filled out the google form.

I'm compiling the information and I still have some holes in it that I'm filling. Specifically, if you are an early customers (march or before) I'd love to get some more data on that time period.

hello i have been a pbmining customer since January. my customer ID is #60 and i have about 60ghs mining with PBmining. at first payouts were as high as 0.05BTC every sunday. As difficulty increased, this dropped and by summertime it was about half (0.025). I'm pretty sure I have ROI'd, but i feel i am owed 4 more years of mining (what we all paid for).
When i found PBmining they were selling mining equipment on ebay, then they started selling mining contracts on ebay.

I have not even checked this thread in a long time until a few days ago when the last payment received was 0.0001815 (down from 0.00387 the previous sunday). now i see there has been alot of drama here but why the FUCK is the payout so low. no level of harrasment causes the equipment to lose efficiency. So why the FUCK did you, PBmining, do this.

If you feel that some customers are harassing you, then contact RCMP. Your conduct here is unacceptable.

Your frustrated questions will go unanswered, they have not been on here since 13th Dec:

well i actually noticed it when i checked the completed contract, a little too late, but with them paying according to the bitcoin calculator you still get back a little over double your return for the year, excluding any rises in difficulty of course Grin

Due to contractual agreements between our energy providers we are not able to offer 5 year contracts anymore.

If you placed your order before December 16th, we'll keep our word and you'll be mining for 5 years. So orders before this date will remain unchanged.

Orders placed after December 16th 2014 will be for 12 month contracts.

But don't worry,  your contract will still ROI and you'll eventually profit. As we are still the best offer in the market from a legit company and this change will allow us to mine for a long time.

Don't just take our word for it,  please visit rigwarz.com's cloud mining section and compare the cloud miners in the market.

Please get in touch with me asap to discuss missing btc/mining power!  I have sent many messages to all sources available! ! !  I know you are probably super busy trying to get something sorted out, but please keep in the loop as to what is going on because I was literally barely making a living even with the $200 a month I was making off my mines.  I really need to know how this is going to be sorted out!
