Boyko knows he is under contractual obligation to make a weekly payout to PB hash holders otherwise he is in breach of contract and opens himself up to immediate legal redress.

The minimal size of the payout is still something.
Boyko has said he wants to do the right thing and is working towards that goal.

What I believe he's lost sight of is that it's our money he's playing around with, not his own.
He owes us a full and complete explanation of what he's done with our money.
