Never showed up in my wallet....running the latest version.
Thoughts?
Just rescanned. Just imported the private key for that address. No luck yet.
still nothing? Nothing... If i sent you the private key via DM, could you tell me if I'm shit out of luck? And if you are able to spend the coins, could you send them to 6CTtTurDye4WWN1vmFYc7Sd6etVtEZTttC. I know this is a lot to ask...but I'm stumped at this point. Note: I sent them to the address under paper wallet... which may have created this problem. I have the private key for the paper wallet though. Under console: importprivkey "myprivkey" [enter key] is this the correct format?

The Bittrex update made everything harder to read and find for me. The feature that it shows the top 50 wallets held on there is kind of cool though.

True, it also gives us an idea how much coin is on the exchange at any given time.

Reload the site and for a second you will see also "Info Tab": links to tweeter, some search.. I hope it will be something like C-CEX has, block info, links to forum and BCT, very useful. But so far trade history list is too short (on a list to do) and scrolling down the site often scroll orders list instead, polo has managed it in a better way. @bitcreditscc What I need to set up 2 different BNs on 1 vps with 1 ip ? One is already running, I must to start from the beginning again ? I know I have to use different ports, but how to managed with two conf files, 2 separate catalogues with 2 daemon instances ? It's yours 198.52.160.64:9994-9999 ?

i would guess he is either using the "start many" from DASH or some special node.
Another way could be to run multiple instances using different folders. I would ask him directly , though it seems odd that so many would work off a single vps , he's likely got a dedicated server or he fiddled with a gateway.

So, it looks like a few of us are close to reaching that magic 250k number, I am one of those 3-4 people at 240, will be opening that bank node real soon..probably lazy of me to have left that up there but wanted to just do the 250 withdrawal n smile...2 more days i think.

Any guide to do all this using a remote vps thing like with darkcoin?
You can use any of the many Darkcoin guides. Replace any mention of 'darkcoind' with 'bitcreditd' and 'masternode' with 'banknode' basically. https://dashtalk.org/forums/masternode-guides.66/

Yes, it's easy, yes, you can close the local wallet after you have started the banknode. To see if your BN is alive you can run 'banknode list | grep 1.2.3.4' (replace 1.2.3.4 with your IP address, or just run 'banknode list' as there aren't that many and you should be able to see yours in the list) from any wallet, or log into your VPS and run 'bitcredit-cli banknode list' or 'bitcredit-cli banknode debug' edit: note that compiling bitcredit needs at least 2GB RAM, if your VPS instance has less than this, you will need to set up some swap space on the VPS - not usually possible on openVZ virtual machines - or compile it on your local box and then scp bitcreditd and bitcrdit-cli (strip them first as per the wiki!, unstripped they are much bigger files) to your VPS. Not sure what you are asking here, sorry. If you are running a BN on your local box then yes you need to have the client (either QT or daemon) running all the time.

Yeah I learnt it all in a hard way during last month, thanks anyway, but had impression that setting up BN on VPS with cold wallet still requires to have a local hot wallet opened on another pc with static ip, this conclusion was made during unstable network time, fork and some protocol migration so it was wrong. Maybe it sounds strange but still I think that when you are using cold wallet BN VPS and another local machine with hot BN wallet, then you are earining fees more frequently and more regular. Yes it kills all purpose of cold wallet safety, but also have some advantages which I don't want to discuss here. Will try both configurations for 24h each and then report to not spread more bullshit

I finally got a Debian build to complete, worked fine until the sync completed but now crashes with a segmentation fault on startup.
I will review the code a bit more this weekend if I have time. Nice changes from what I see though. Good luck guys.

Good to know. Make sure you are using the latest build If you aren't sure, just do a git pull.

Not sure why this has been such a headache for me. I will try to strip the executables and run them from my Ubuntu VPS and see if I notice any differences. I really do want this to work on Debian 8 though, as I have a spare box begging for a project like banknode.
