Here is what happened here:

I answered to that email just replying "thanks for the bonus" and my betking account name (just to be sure but I guess it was unnecessary).

24h later I logged into my account and found OUT I was upgraded to GOLD vip level and I was credited with 50 VIP POINTS

I then converted those 50 points into 0.025 btc (just click on your VIP level icon in the top center of your homepage and you will discover how to).

Last step before eventually withdraw is to wager 0.5 btc

I cancelled the email received from betking but there could be a link to promo T&C in it (not sure about it cause I didn't read them but learned them in chat).
