I found the best way to contact them is thru twitter. They have been quick to answer and fix my problems. I am starting to see a change in them. Hopefully they will add some extra help and get the ball rolling again.

Guys im sorry if this is the wrong thread for this, but i need help. If anyone experienced can help me or point me in the right direction what can somebody do in my situation. On 24. april Ive send 318.000 BASH coins from c-cex exchange to yobit exchange. 1 moth wallet was in maintnance and i couldnt get the coins. After 1 month the wallet start working again and my pending deposit just dissapeared. On yobit history sais cancelled. I contacted yobit and they said: Funds are returned to the balance to the sender. I contacted c-cex they said: Cryptocurrency transactions are final and non reversable technically. Thanks! Transaction ID: 79d7306646aa388f9843afb782c8453133ed36791050b570063f9d691204c99e So apperently nobody has my coins... please help. This is huge money for me... how can i get my coins back... Thank you

Carboin coin withdrawal awaiting for Yobit.net confirmation for last 27 Hours (displaying "In Process"). There is no problems with wallets ( or at least my one is working fine). So far no luck with reply from support and even when I have estimated 0.11BTC balance, I still can't write in troll box as I getting "Must have at least 0.0001BTC" error. Can you please fix that ? 5 days... Transation "In Progress" CMN Yobit do something?! "Dominkherzog" troll box "patrol" just ignoring me completely and today there was admin "Blacksmith" online, but he also didn't see my messages to him ....

Yobit admins - Guys really that is not the way to do business. I do understand you getting tons of support requests, as you have many altcoins that has broken wallet's and such. However not getting reply from support for 5 days is kinda to long. Please show some respect to us and fix withdrawal problems, because there is nothing wrong with Carbon coin network. Mail issues fixed... Yobit is slowly starting to turn around and deal with it's issues. I have personally sent 5 btc there to begin trading.

because its just yoshit, they dont care about users, they are just stilling your money and scamming you, why arenot you understanding it? yobit user was active for 2-3 days during 1 year, to make you believe that they are doing something, but its just false. if you dont need lo lose your money, just forget about this shit site and their nasty admins and supports

Yet Im to afraid to do so until they fix my withdrawal .... they will never fix it, maybe they will fix it for several hour and after you will buy them, you will have many problems again. try to use other exchange, or you will be disappointed you are warned, so be carefully. good luck...

Is there here anyone that can trade coins that are below 0.0001 BTC? I get an error when I try to do so.
When I try for example to buy 1000 LTC for 0.000099 BTC I get the following error: "LTC: {u'success': 0, u'error': u'Total transaction amount is less than minimal total: 0.00010000'}"
I can however place on order of 1000 LTC with a price of 0.0001. So I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a bug. Buying coin with a price above 0.0001 BTC works fine by the way.

where is the admin? i have a problem with my widrrawal for more then 8 days now this is ridiculous.if nothing is done in the next 2 days i will write a formal complaint to the hosting provider.its getting weird trying to contact them everywhere i can but no one replies.its like there is no admin whatsoever

i never had Problems with yobit in the past..
everything very fast replied. and the mods`are allways fair & friendly. any issues on my side are finaly solved and fixed. even if it takes sometimes a bit longer.
in my opinion is yobit the best Exchange,

I wish I had your luck ... Withdrawal frozen for almost 7 days now. And I believe the reason for it is lulz : Max withdrawal amount for Carboin coin is 20M and I did 24M+ withdrawal request at once. Yobit has allowed users to buy Pesobit (PSB) from the wrong chain for 7 months now.
Pesobit has been updated to Pesobit 1.1 in January, this was a hard fork, and we are still waiting for them to upgrade the software on their side so we can trade PSB at Yobit too, but why is it taking such a long time?
Of course, they allow people to send in BTC to buy Pesobit, but now we cannot withdraw, because they are running the wrong chain.
We will never stop requesting that Yobit fixes this issue, here and in many other threads, we want our PSB back.
It's sad that our request campaign might make Yobit look like a scam, but the quicker they fix Pesobit, the quicker we will stop.

didn't you said before you weren't part of the scam PSB team? the total supply of PSB were just 21 Million and you added 10Million more i don't think you will have scarcity after 100 decades. you cna still go on scamming still and add more 10 million PSB, no one complains anyway but me.
