Love the idea.  Just to clarify if I were to deposit 5BTC and won I would get 10BTC?

1 BTC is the max allowed, to get on #1 and get back 2 BTC you will have to desposit 1 BTC and then 0.01 BTC for example, unless someone else is going to deposit more you will be #1
The 200% will be for the 1 BTC you deposited.

It's also explained on the Leaderboard section on the site.

Quote
The top 10 depositors for each week are shown below. At the end of each week, 1st place gets 200% of their largest deposit, 2nd place gets 150% of their largest deposit and 3rd gets 100% of their largest deposit.

For example, let's say 1st place deposited 12.35 Bitcoin over the course of a week. His largest deposit was 1 Bitcoin. His reward is 2 Bitcoin sent directly to his address. Simple!

Someone please ban that blixcronker

Just put him on ignore. Really, we are all adults here so we know what a ponzi games is. Some win, some lose. It is my first time playing, I deposited yesterday and still haven't got a payout. But you will hardly see me making disruptive posts in giant red letters.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained I guess. Wink

Game changer coming at you which will liven up deposits!

Introducing..... :
The WeeklyPonzi Leaderboard!

What it is?
It's a leaderboard that keeps track of the highest depositors each week. At the end of each week, the top 3 depositors are rewarded.

What are the rewards?
200% of the biggest deposit from 1st place, 150% of the biggest deposit from 2nd place and 100% of the biggest deposit from 3rd place.

How do I enter?
Everytime you deposit, the balance on your leaderboard position (dictated by your address) will go up. It's all automatic, every payment is documented.

http://weeklyponzi.com/leaderboard.php

Everyone depositing from now on in this round will be placed on the leaderboard. This is more incentive to continue depositing and attempt to be in the top 3 on the leaderboard come the end of the week!

Enjoy.

Hmmmm is 2BTC enough incentive to start a leaderboard race?

Well, to get it now you'd just had to deposit 1 btc and another 0.001 to get ahead of the others. Nobody seems like they're fighting over it atm so it's not exactly a "race".

Seconded.

First time I've ignored someone on the forum. Smiley

he even posted his own Ponzi, all send in a Trust -> negative to his link
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=920688.0

I also ignored him:  "This user is currently ignored." Smiley

I reported him to moderators. You should do the same through the link at the bottom right of the posts.

But with how slow things are right now, it'd be an easy win if you had the funds. Maybe the others aren't just aware/interested.

this is incorrect, most you can bet at a time is 1BTC, that being said if the same person held the top 3 spots from different addresses,

1st 1x200%=2
2nd 1x150%=1.5
3rd 1x100%=1

so in theory there is a potential 4.5 btc up for grabs  current prices roughly 271$/BTC about 1245$ on the leadeboard alone!!
that's not including the 130% return from reinvesting whatever you make through the ponzi itself over the next 4 days!

Stay positive man, there's still 4 days left. Smiley Hopefully the 1 btc guys would reinvest, that would get things going again.

don't fear, it has actually picked up quite a bit the last 5 hours or so, knocked out quite a few of the 1 btc deposits and chugging along nicely

Indeed.  Four days is a ton of time and all it takes is a small catalyst to get everything rolling

He fixed mine but he didn't reply. Are you sure it's still not fixed? Have you tried searching for your btc address on the site?

Depends where you are in the queue. But I don't see any 0.027 btc deposits. Are you sure your deposit went smoothly? Check the site if your address shows up.
