It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

My workers seem to be submitting shares successfully but the workers list page shows I haven't submitted a valid share in over 30mins. Is there something with the website or is it me?

Something wrong with ltcmine.ru, Бaльтaзapyшкa...
My worker speed on the website is about 5 times slower than it has to be (and was before your adjustments, when payouts was not working), so the earnings overnight are too smaller, about even approx 10 times lower than before!
Something went really really wrong Бaльтaзapyшкa, and its sad... I don't think that you were taking some sort of "compensation" from users like others (notrolls), it seems that somethig needs to be fixed, or I'm having troubles on my side, like in previous post?
Good luck!

Пpeкpaтитe кoвepкaть мoй ник, пoжaлyйcтa.

Checked and everything seems to be OK. Except for apache memory comsumption, it seems that someone keeps attacking us using a strange approach.
