Old statistics store is frozen since 29 June 2013, no blocks added into database after this date. That's why we see "Last block was found 29.06.2013 20:34:43" message, but actually there are a lot of blocks found and paid.

PPS rate displayed for base difficulty shares, current base difficulty is 65536 avg. hashes per share (it is also known as diff-1 shares). Pool automatically sets current shares difficulty for each miner individually, it depends on miner hash rate. Miner reward for each solved share calculated as R = (difficulty of solved share) * (base diff share PPS rate).

What was funny is after I posted the problem, I then read the cookies and tried a dif browser and it worked. Dumb me.

I use NoScript, if I go to use a site that I need scripts enabled, I enable the scripts, same goes for cookies, I use cookie monster addon. I'll stop here as it is off topic.
