Krillrolls are now back in the lobby and we have adjusted the buyin on other tournaments to reflect the current value of Bitcoin.

When are you going to adjust the minimum withdrawal of 0.02 BTC to reflect the current value of Bitcoin (currently ~$163)? That's the highest minimum withdrawal on any online poker site that I am aware of. The minimum withdrawal is 0.00001 BTC at Betcoin, for what it's worth.

It is not sustainable to have a withdraw limit at 0.00001 BTC. (Unless the users covers the fees.)

They only process withdraws a couple of times a day.  They can easily send all approved withdraws in the same transaction and save on the fees.  1 chip minimums is perfectly acceptable and helps people out who have tens or hundreds of dollars on the site and can't get it out.  Having the min withdraw be over $150 is ridiculous.

I think seals should hire new team members to push the marketing. We are waiting years for other clients, we are losing our friends everyday there. Currently an empty room with no players and no friends.

Anyone want to play some OFC poker? 5-50 chips SNG or 30-100 Chips Ring Games !! hit me up on lobby !

Sustainable or not, I cashed out 0.00081 BTC from Betcoin last night and had it in my wallet within the hour. Betcoin paid the fees.

I think that you missed the last step of registration. Try registering again (you can use the same username and email) and after you click register you should see instructions to validate your account in SwC chat. There will be code that looks like:
#validate XXXXXX
You'll have to post that line in SwC lobby chat and you should receive confirmation mail soon after that. It's necessary step because otherwise someone else could register under your SwC username.
If there are any further problems just email support@sealsclubhouse.com - I check it more often than this thread.

Funny bug. So my video card broke and can't support two monitors anymore. I can't play on SwC because the lobby remembers where it was on my old desktop and there's no way to access it on the current one.

I'll get a new video card in a couple of days but you might want to fix this so the client checks that it's on a part of the screen that actually exists.

I've had this happen before with different computer/monitor set ups.  Try manually moving the "stuck" programs by highlight the program in the taskbar, hit alt+space, select "move", then use arrows or your mouse to move it over to the screen that works.

You need provide more free rolls with bigger payouts like many other sites to increase your user base. Without pumping money into free rolls you cannot do right promotion no matter how good site is. I enjoyed playing on your poker but sites like nitrogensports are too good if I compare you with them.

Open freerolls are, indeed, a cancer on the industry.  Qualifying freerolls (like Nitro has, and like Seals had back in the day...which were promised to be lifetime guarantees but were quickly nixed) are the way to go, although honestly direct rakeback payments are ideal because they take the variance out of the equation.

Just to clarify, here are the things that Seals has remained silent on:

1. Why were the Overkrills removed?

2. Why is the min cashout $180?

3. How far along is the mobile client that was promised to be released this summer (5 months ago)?

I'll be sure to update this list as their silence continues.

1. Why were the Overkrills removed?

Personally, I won't redeposit until this is answered. (I'm RedKingCon if anyone's wondering. I pay a bit of rake.)

You know, the problem isn't actually the Overkrills.  They were nice, but they were just once-daily tournaments with larger than normal guarantees.  And seeing as the guarantees are usually about 6-10 players...it's not that much of a stretch.

The real problem is that the daily Overkrills were positioned as the "make good" for SWC cancelling the Krillrolls (the real ones that ran once a month for people who had payed thousands in rake lifetime), which themselves were billed as lifetime guarentees.  Now the Overkrills are gone, the last in a long line of removed promotions.  But the idea was to make you forget that they promissed one thing (lifetime monthly krillrolls) and then removed it once people payed a bunch of rake to get into them.  People can't get THAT mad about removing tournaments with a slightly larger guarentee.  And now enough time has passed from when they took away the guarenteed lifetime rewards that SWC hoped people would have forgotten all about what the fuss was in the first place.

Remember the weekly krill leaderboard, where people generated 5k+ in krill a week to win a first place prize of 200 chips?  Of course first place in that used to be 500 chips...until they cut it.

See the pattern?

Remember this? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=962440.msg18163004#msg18163004

This criticism is deserved and accurate.
SwC Poker is in a build phase to fix our issues and restore traffic.
We have deployed resources to address our issues and have laid plans to attract new players.
We expect a timetable measured in months to show improvement.
If our site is not good enough for you to play today, we understand and hope you will check back in a few months.

That was from 8 months ago.  Traffic is even lower now than it was back then.

I get that they aren't individually all that important to most people, but they are now literally the only midstakes tournaments in the world in the games I play. Or would be if they still existed.

Most of what keeps me at SwC is the support for non-holdem games, and the overkrills have been a big part of getting people to play them.

Funny story, SWC once felt the same way:

We recognize that our competitive advantage is in our wide range of games offered. We will continue to concentrate on this market segment going forward.

Guess "concentrating" to them means "take away".  Odd.

It's really a shame how much potential this site has passed up by not even having one person who can stay on top of things, or form a coherent, consistent strategy.

To be fair, that one person got his door kicked in by the DOJ and fled the country.

It is a shame that they couldn't find anyone to fill his shoes.  They really did get handed a vault full of money and just burned it to the ground.  If they had just been able to handle their shit and taken a few small diligent steps to market the site, they'd be sitting on literally millions of dollars right now.
