I agree on the fact Dadice was fully right to ban the user, I only think there might have been a better way to handle the situation.

For this we have a TOS and rules, what else should we do? Writing it all over the FAQ and have a dedicated page for faucet farming is not enough?

AFAIK there is no thread in meta about dadice being sold, don't think its allowed anyway. As for marketing stratergy, don't think anyone would publicize their stratergy. Aand as for ownership I think thats yet to be announced.
