dadice was made to make money for the owner.... it wasnt provably fair.... i figured out it was skipping bets... and the admin doesnt care about this fact.. he said its a feature.... so YES its confirmed scam... and we can prove it....
and yes a scam is made for stealing money
and yes we are happy its offline finally
I red about that "feature" in discussion long time ago, and it surprised me there were still investors that invested money in it. Players, on the other side, were not as loyal i guess, because every time i visited the site, there were mostly dust bets from faucet farmers. How much player funds was left on the site at the time of the closure, anyone ?

i am really happy the site is dead ................ Sorry guys i said that but they were scam .............
Its been dead for many days now. Yeah sure trust the newbie with a red mark LOL Is it possible that there indeed is(will be) dadice 2.0 and that current unavailability is only due to transitional period ? I see that many people are happy the site is unavailable, so that they could say how they were right about them, but since there should be new owner,i don't see why he would just close down the site, it makes no sense.. I hope I'm wrong but maybe there never was a new owner & it was just planned to close down, easy excuse yes? Can anybody here confirm, truthfully if Da Dice stole any of their funds? Any investors lost a significant amount of bitcoin's? No bull shit newbie's respond, thank you. There was a scam accusation opened several months ago when someone lost a significant portion of their bankroll after DaDice allowed a larger sizes bet then what they implied they would. Afaik the investors were not reimbursed for this bet. Edit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1114399.0

There was another dice site that closed before DaDice when they were caught skipping winning nonces. I can't recall the name of that site now, but they took it offline and offered it for sale citing Russian crypto regulations that made their business illegal. (Sounds plausible after being busted for cheating, right?) Does anyone remember the name of that site? The similarities between DaDice and that other one are worth noting. Give it a few months and we'll probably have another new and exciting dice site being announced with a super legit investment option!

DiceBitco.in But the management and casino style were completely different, I highly doubt they're related. DiceBitco.in was run in quite similar style as JD catering for investors and big whales. DaDice seems to have taken a more social approach, and seem to primarily target fauceters and the masses.

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

The 2 styles look completely different (it doesnt mean it is impossible ofc but rather that it is very unlikely). I have a feeling they just underestimated how hard it actually is to gain popularity and momentum in Dice due to the competition and low player base. Also the Faucet might have been a bit too much.

DiceBitco.in... that's the one. I'm not talking about the design aesthetics though, it seems more similar to me in the way they've been caught cheating, skipping winning nonces or bets and such. You're probably right that it's more likely they are not the same people than they are. The attempt at stealth in the fraud is what strikes me as similar. This is distinctly different from the only other dice scam I am familiar with (EveryDice) in which the owner just bolted with the coins after someone won huge (think it was around 300 btc) while claiming that the site's 'largest private investor' was accusing the dice player of cheating somehow, and they wouldn't be paying out until they could "investigate." Then poof go the coins.

Somehow i have a feeling that even if the website comes back (be it under a new owner or by the same owners) it would pretty much be a "suicide" business wise due to this thread being a panic section for such a long time. I feel the only way for it to have a chance at success is to come out with a whole new name, site and everything else related. But from the looks of it we have to wait and see how this all unfolds.

They are not coming back again, not with the new version or with new name. They have fail and even if they do come back with a new name for the site, it is easy to tell it is dadice because there is only 1 dice site that is very heavy to load

There is no new owner that site was never sold because there is no proof about this, old owner want to get new start but it getting delay so much without any update or development.
