BLA BLA BLA Old man ranting and raving about younger generation.

I should quit coding? Don't make me laugh. I wrote my first program at the age of 5 and I made my first video game at the age of 12. I have born to be a programmer. Get over with your second mid life crisis, you old fart. It's way too obvious. You're so old you can't even communicate with younger people any more without getting pissed off. Go back to the old folks' home, grandpa. I bought shit load of bitcoins when they costed 4$ each. Of course I keep anticipating their value growing even higher. I'm already living good life thanks to it but if they continue to grow like that I can retire before 30.

What can I say, I'm a man of many talents. Of course I could do well in the entertainment industry, but it doesn't mean I have to do it. For some reason programming is what I enjoy the most. I gave you many chances to give me a proper welcome in this community and yet I can see only hostile reactions (except the poster who actually welcomed me here, he's a cool dude). I guess I'm in the context of shit and on a sinking boat.

I just turned 50, and guess what. I also coded my first video game at 12 years old. Then another Galaxian type game at 15 in 6809 assembly on a TRS-80 Color Computer. I also coded on Apple II, IBM, Atari, and Commodore 64 and Amiga. At the time I was a top coder. My life took me in another direction and I don't code anymore. I could go back to coding if I wanted to, but I have no desire. Now computers are my hobby and I help people in real life.  All I can say to you is that when you are "an old fuck" at 40 or 50, you will look back on your life and say, "I was damn intelligent in my twenties, but a complete moron as far as wisdom and real world experience." Time passes faster than you think, and intelligence dwindles while wisdom increases. It is too bad that youth is wasted on the young, if elderly people had the health and intelligence of their younger selves and the acquired wisdom of their years, they would be the best people on the planet.

Wow. Brings back memories. Kids these days wouldn't even know what a TRS-80 is. I remember going by Radio Shack monthly just to see if anything new had come out. The owner had a computer club, and I learned a lot from him. Things are so much different now.

Honestly reading you guys, the problem of humanity is the communication.

Be happy guys!!!!!!!!!!
.

.

I give you my wellcome Hyena, i also bought big amount of btcs when they was at 30eur, sold them at 800eur.
And i did the same with vanilla buying almost 200k.

Have a nice christmas

And for all the people: Please calm our egos, if you're happy or if you're calm guy, we can't act like tigers when someone enters talking in a different way we like, even if they troll a little, or write an opinion different than us. We must be diplomatic and respecfull. Just my opinion, cheers to all.

LONG LIFE VANILLA!!!

Great post, at least someone here interpreted my posts the way it was meant to. And congratulations for beating the system. Feels good, doesn't it? Cheesy You're a happy man, I can see it. I'm also a happy man. Young and happy. But the old dudes, they don't surprise me at all.

Do you guys ever make jokes and troll for fun? You're so serious you're scaring me. I mean you're dead serious. With one leg in the grave already and what not Cheesy like for real, 50 years old? No wonder we have complications. I guess I'd better hold my horses or mr. grandpa here could get a heart attack. Someone should put a warning sign somewhere here stating "CAUTION: ELDERLY PEOPLE"  Grin

They're good people,  Cheesy i like people older than me. I allways like to say the big symbiosis is between young man and older man, because young gives the energy, happiness and no-limits, and the older gives the serious, wisdom and experience...

I bless for all of the people around vanilla  Wink I don't care about the age, im 33, but 2 of my best friends have 50-60, my other 2 best friends are from my age, and stop, because you can't have more than 4-5 best friends  Cheesy Grin Grin Cheesy

come into irc channels, there is allways good conversations and rains! Weedfreddy is the 420rain guru   Cheesy Cheesy

This ann is so entertaining.....

BTW I am the "wrong" side of 50 too.

And I appreciate good coding and the people who do it. I wrote my first software on BBC Micro and ZX spectrum... not because I have the patience or longing to code but because you just had to write your own stuff to get anything done Smiley

I for one am glad I don't have to code any more and that there are talented individuals out there to do it for me.

So with that in mind, given life experience and the understanding that good coders don't grow on trees, VNL seems like a good investment (if there really is such a thing in cryptocurrency).

One final thought - Elite was a damn good game if I don't say so myself Smiley

Lol, I'm too "an old guy" that also started to code in a ZX Spectrum about 30 years ago, but I still code and enjoy it. Seems that being old and coder leads you to invest in VNL, why should it be?

And to the Hyena, I would tell him to be careful with old guys. We are not so over as he thinks, and everyone has one leg in the grave: it just takes a second to stop being alive. When I was young I also thought that I was inmune, but life proves you wrong.

Ok this is getting old and boring already. For the record, I have nothing against old guys. Just because I sometimes refer to them as old fucks doesn't mean shit. I also refer to fat guys as fat fucks and overly moral people as moralfags. It's a figure of speech and does not reflect any personal rage against old or fat people. But it is funny to see how people sometimes think otherwise and start defending "their kind".

A certain level of 'social grace' might be expected when talking to other people -more important to people and cultures you're not familiar with. You're like one of those loud-mouth tourists spitting on local culture, complaining about the food and weather. It's pretty autistic of you to assume that people just like to be addressed as 'fucks' in general. All good though I'll pigeonhole you into the autistic fuck category and call it sweet.

I have a very thick skin and everything bounces off me. I actually hate how the world has become so P.C. and everyone watches everything they say. So it is cool, but if you want to be taken seriously and you choose to post a picture, some naked Star Wars character with a gas mask is not the way to get a job or be taken seriously.

I doubt that you are a founderfag so shut the eff up and read (=try to understand) what is being said.

That said, relax.  Pronoun posturing on the internet has a time and place.  You should know that based on the rhetoric that you are using.  It's not funny when communities are not amenable.  Malleability...it's also a social strategy.

Hi, can I run one wallet on multiple nodes and still get a reward? (multiple locations ofc)
Is the amount of coins in any way related to the reward amount?
