It is similar to 'targeted', except that perspective is from a central position. From a decentralized platform, the targeting is self-selected, and offered outward. So, like typical social media, you interact with topics you're interested in, connect with people & companies you like, and this builds your local network. If you've connected with Chevrolet, for example, then they may AMP a post about their new Camaro, which you'd get a share of for watching/attending to. Furthermore, if you've done the legwork and built up a special audience of Camaro enthusiasts, and you AMP/re-share that same post out to this network, their positive reactions will also result in you getting a share of these AMPs. This incentivizes not just better content, but better curation as well, leaving spammers with expenses instead of a level playing field.
